Delicious slices of Iberico 'Pata Negra' streaky bacon from Guijuelo near Salamanca, made from black foot pigs fully fed on acorns, flavoured with paprika during the curing process. Fry and serve with eggs (eggs cooked in the Iberico bacon fat are delicious!) or as crispy bacon slivers on salads etc. (As with all our sliced meats, do bring the pack up to room temperature before opening so that it is easier to separate the slices - if you can't wait that long, you can hold the unopened pack under hot water for 30 seconds or so instead)
