so I am not giving a review on the product per se because I have not tried the brush yet. However, I bought this product because it was eco friendly and I am trying to reduce my plastic use. the advertising for this product says eco friendly, but then the product comes individually wrapped in plastic. Isn't that against what this product represents? lets think a little bit more and really stop using plastics all together. it is safer for the environment, ourselves and cheaper to just eliminate it all together. So I would recommend the product itself but would love the manufacturer to come up with a more eco friendly way to package.

I really really wanted to love these but the bristles are too stiff so they hurt my gums, are likely to wear down enamel (I’m a student dentist), and don’t get my teeth clean. No one should be using a toothbrush any harder than soft( I prefer very soft for gum health and because it gets you cleaner), but these are mislabeled. They feel more like medium to hard. Also, they smell and taste like chemicals-maybe something used to treat the material? It actually gave me a blister in my buffalo vestibule. I really want to find ways to use less plastic for me and my patients but this just doesn’t cut it. Sorry. :(

I like that it’s accurate as pictured, the bristles are softer than the other bamboo toothbrushes I’ve tried. I also like the ridges on the brush for easy grip and that it’s environment friendly. The only thing that I don’t like is that they are packaged in individual plastics. Hope they can repackage it into environment friendly packaging for each toothbrush. Design and overall look of the tube box is great. Loved the color combination.

I was very excited about these toothbrushes. It was a bit of a hard sell for my family but I gave them all the reasons why we need to use bamboo products. They reluctantly came around. Well, last night was the first time I used this toothbrush and I came out of the bathroom and said “nevermind!” The bristles came detached from the brush! I would spit, try again, and more bristles. I don’t know if the other brushes in the pack would do the same thing but I don’t want to try. It was very hard to get the bristles out from between my teeth and inside my cheek. I’m glad I tried it before my kids did.

Beautiful product, well packaged, feels good, works well, and is cleaning up the planet all at the same time. As stated more than 4.5 billion plastic toothbrushes are thrown away every year. I will be giving these as gifts as well as using them.
