Excellent product and customer service
The Kapitan soap dispenser pump head does exactly what it says, and dispenses a sufficient amount of soap - no more pumping and pumping to squeeze out a tiny blob. The head fitted snugly onto the main body of the dispenser. This is a great company to deal with. The first dispenser was too small but the replacement arrived within 24 hours. Great! Would thoroughly recommend them.

Made to last- METAL NOT PLASTIC
Great product made from stainless steel so is very durable and should last unlike to plastic versions which end up with the chrome finish peeling off, however this product is first class and the fit was correct. cheaper than having to buy and complete replacement soap dispenser. would buy again.

Good quality but measure carefully!
Unfortunately it didn't fit the container I wanted it for, it was about a millimetre too small. Still, I'm giving it five stars because it looks and feels high good quality, and I'm keeping it until I find a container that does fit.

Stylish
Had three soap dispensers 20 years old. The pumps still worked but they looked appalling, even the one that wasn't used very often, and there was nothing wrong with the bottles. One of the new pumps was tight to fit but that might have been the bottle out of tolerance. They all work as expected and I suppose that they will only get changed if someone invents a new way of dispensing soap. Very satisfied

These were for "push-on" only soap dispensers, but it is not clear about this in details. A significant number of good quality Soap Dispensers are with screw on pumps.

Check the size before buying. Excellent buy.
Bought this to replace existing pump which kept falling apart and it does the job perfectly. Had to trim the plastic down to fit our soap dispenser. One thing I would say is before buying, check the circumference to make sure it will fit. Excellent buy.

Not fit for purpose
Not fit for purpose. Ordered this one and a 28mm one. 28mm one fits perfectly. This one the first one we got didn't have any thread at all. Sent back and ordered again. 2nd one had a thread but about only half a turn and so far up the top of the housing again it wouldn't screw on at all. Sending this back too and going to buy from somewhere else
