The SFBB is the health and safety for food gospel for caterers.We fill in a new one every year, so having a couple to hand is useful.The temperature sheets are a particularly good addition.

We are in the process of applying for a star rating from the local authority and this food safety pack is perfect for our requirements.There appears to be everything (and more!) included in this food safety pack and it has highlighted some things that we were not aware of, so it is already coming in handy.The A4 posters are laminated, so can easily be wiped clean when displayed on the wall in the kitchen.I think that the current reduced price of £19.99 is reasonable for such a professional and comprehensive food safety pack.
