Customer service is OUTSTANDING!!!
The customer service was INCREDIBLE. This is the first review I have ever written, and it is because I was so impressed with the support I received. I had an issue with receiving my texts and phone calls on the watch, and I had a simple do not disturb on, oops, and a more in-depth notifications switch. They replied to my questions promptly and even with pictures to guide me step by step. They were there on the weekend and even a holiday. It was impressive and extremely helpful. I cannot praise them enough!!! They, along with the watch, will make me buy from them again! The watch is amazing. It does exactly what it says and that is what I need. I get all the fitness tracking features (and there are tons), the O2, heart rate, blood pressure, AND my texts and phone calls. Beautiful product and service all around! Will buy from them again.

Battery drain issue resolved
After a few days less than a year, my fitvii watch stopped charging fully. I reached out to product support, they checked my order and offered to send me a new watch with no fuss. I love this watch in every other way. Customer Service is top-notch! I'm very happy with this resolution. I depend on it daily for my steps, sleep tracking, blood pressure, outside temp and of course, time. Highly recommend this watch!

Charging is a problem
Worked well for thee first 3 mos but after that I couldn't get it to charge back up to 100%. Tried different outlets etc and i can only get it to 70%

Great purchase for Everyday User 🌟
Fit is great and so much more than I expected in terms of durability and ease. I had been looking for something that I could also pair with universal bands and adjustable wrist size. This was a perfect purchase and value. Only “complaint” is that I needed to learn how to switch between it auto connecting to phone audio rather watch audio

I absolutely love this watch. It monitors my vital signs well but the best part is that it notifies me about phone calls and texts and even allows me to answer my calls. I talk to my friends on my watch!

Invest in a better watch
There's an old saying, you get what you pay for. This is the case with this watch. Pay extra for a better product. It often shows my heart rate to be very high but I have BRADYCARDIA...A VERY SLOW HEART RATE. I know this isn supposed to be a medical device, but people who are using it would like to have the heart rate within 20 beats of what it really is! I think of all the people who get this watch and suddenly think they're getting their heart rate up.And this is great when they really aren't getting their heart rate up. IF I swipe to and tap on the heart icon, it gets pretty close. But ALL DAY it routinely checks my heart rate & says it's over 90 bpm & IT ISN'T.

Watch is awesome and also the dealer.
I order this watch for my husband to monitor his bp, heart, and oxygen level, he likes for that reason. But after a few days I had a problem with this watch so I emailed customer support. I am glad I did because the way they response my email is top notch they send me a new one faster than I thought I dont have to pay anything for the replacement even the shipping. Thank you so much for the replacement, husband is now happy again.
