I have a female dachshund mix who would always pee on the edge of the pee pad, ruining the pee pad, ruining the floor and I was constantly cleaning up a mess, wasting pee pads, wasting paper towels, driving me crazy. I tried to use a crate bottom to protect the floor but she refused to go on it. I happened to see an ad for this and figured I had nothing to lose so why not try it. This thing holds two pee pads, I put the walls up around it, leaving a small opening for her to go in and out and she has not missed one time. The walls help her stay on the pee pad, she finally knows where to keep her butt! The silicone is super easy to clean when I need to, we had one accident where her pee went under it and I had to wipe it down and rinsed it in the bathtub. Very easy, very clean, no smell. I am very impressed and thankful to find a product that works for my girl.

WASTE OF MONEY! If even a little gets under the pee pad, which is easy since the size of the mat isn't to standard pad size, pee will soak through and ruin your floor. Only used a couple of times and had to throw away. Quality of item is cheap. Buy this if you want to throw $40 away and be even more stressed while potty training.

During the training process, this was the best thing I could’ve ever bought to protect my floors. I got my dog later on not as a puppy, and he was not potty trained, and he was not neutered when I got him as well so he was used to lifting his leg. This has been a lifesaver of cleaning up. I also have the plastic underneath it put the potty pads on top of that come home to no mess just the potty pads to pick up other than that. He is potty trained when I get home only when I’m gone work for hours at a time and he can’t hold it Definitely would recommend if you’re having issues and always having to clean up with a dog that lifts their leg when they urinate

I was hesitant to order based on some other reviews but I'm glad I did. You shouldn't need instructions to put this together, it's pretty self explanatory. If you push the ends into the clips until it clicks into place then everything is VERY sturdy. If you don't then it will probably fall apart. The tape that is supposed to seal the gaps lasts about a day and then falls off which is why I docked a star. Otherwise it works great for my little guy who lifts his leg when he pee's. I like that the silicone mat can easily be washed off or cleaned if it ever gets dirty. I'll look into better tape for the corners but for now this works exactly as I hoped it would.

It does set up as promised. I had continual problems making the connectors hold it together. One dog-use problem i , personally, had with my dogs was that they would sometimes wet on the outside wall of the barrier, not on the inside. But this is not the item's fault.

The base is very flimsy. White boards aren’t very tall. Don’t recommend for a puppy that will grow big. Perhaps it may work for smaller dogs. Our bernedoodle puppy out grew this quick and did not like it much.

Even it says frequently return item, I took the risk. And I'm so glad I did. My 4lbs Maltese use the balcony to go potty when is too hot or raining outside, and even though he uses the pads, sometimes his target is off and missed the mark when peeing. This system, although small, is perfect for him. He immediately raise his little leg inside the enclosure and for the first time he was happy to pee in the balcony. I changed the pads every two days or so, and cleaning is so easy. No more mopping the floor. I only use a vinegar solution to clean the panels. This idea is brilliant. It should come in different sizes, though, so other dogs parents can benefit too.

These are perfect for our boys, they always peed off the side of pads and this fixed that. Yes, they are a bit pricey, but there aren’t many alternatives that work. Highly recommend.

This product is great for training my dog for indoor potty training. The silicone mat protects the floor and makes clean up easy. The little wall makes leg lifters accident free. All pieces are easy to clean. My dog loves it!!! So do I!
