It's a fluffy white powder with no flavor that dissolves instantly. Sometimes I just dump the scoop of creatine into my mouth and take a swig of tap water and swish it around and swallow it because it saves a few steps. It's that easy to take. This will mix with anything. I'm down to the last 20% of the creatine powder and it hasn't started clumping up yet, which is surprising in our humid environment. This is good stuff. I would buy it again.

I would prefer this one to a cheap creatine. This one would not bloat my stomach. It’s tasteless, and so easy to digest. It’s worth the money. And gives upper fast results you just have to stay consistent. It dissolves pretty quickly so make sure to drink it fast. I haven’t had any side effects.

I actually don’t work out, which is funny because most people use creatine for the gym. I kept seeing it pop up while reading about supplements, especially more recently about how it may help with focus and mental clarity, so I decided to try it. I have ADHD and used to be on prescription medication, but I stopped and have been trying more natural options instead. Dissolves well in hot coffee and in (cold) kefir. It has a mild flavor that reminds me of powdered milk, and a faintly chalky texture. The price had jumped when I replaced the first canister (lost in shipment), but I stuck with it based on reviews. I noticed a fast improvement in shoulder (injury) pain a few days after I started taking this.

desde que tomo esta creatina no he olvidado consumirla ni un solo dia ya que en version polvo me molesta la textura y el sabor con estas capsulas se buelve mucho mas facil consumirlas. tienen un sabor a menta como casi todas las capsulas de birdman
