Good device, prompt service, poorly packaged (needs a lot more padding).
Had to replace the original unit because FedEx decided to play football with and it arrived with several broken glass panels. The vendor was prompt to respond and replace the broken unit with a new one. Device is working as expected. Would love that it was better packaged since these couriers dont care about destroying your purchased items.

I use it for my pints of honey
This works perfect to warm my bottled honey (I am a beekeeper) to 80-90 degrees to de-crystalize my pints of honey. Raw honey is honey that is unheated and minimally processed. It is pure honey where nothing has been added or removed. To be raw, honey should not be heated above temperatures one would normal find in a hive (approximately 95 degrees F).

Unsafe Product with Knife-Like Sharp Edges
The commercial food warmer has extremely sharp edges that caused cuts to my fingers, which is a serious safety concern. The right glass door also does not close properly, and there are dents on the unit. I am very disappointed with the product quality and would not recommend it.

Works well!
The warmer seems to work fine! Purchased it a couple weeks ago and when it was first turned on, it smelled like wires burning and started smoking. Originally thought it was broken but it just needed to burn a few minutes and then it was great! It has worked great ever since.

Better than expected.
Really like this heated display. Use for a farmers market and it keeps our quiches at the right temperature. But note that the bottom shelf heats more than the middle shelf! You may find yourself juggling them frequently to maintain a minimum of 135 degrees.

Temp issues
Have to let it warm up for about an hour until it regulates. Will heat up to 140 (while set at 140) will level out at 120 for a looong time and then it will go to the desired temperature. Bottom level is unusable due to it being right next to the heating element. Turned it on this morning and the light bulb is burned out. Ordered it about 7 months ago.
