Review: Great affordable phone - I got this to replace a 2-year-old Moto G power. The ratings and reviews said that the Samsung a15 had great battery life which is the single most important thing to me. I have been completely happy with this phone for a couple of weeks now. The screen is much brighter than most, which I like. I love many of the things Samsung has done with its software including adaptive screen brightness. It is a tremendous value. The only thing I'm not happy with is that when you use wired earbuds, the sound stutters at lower volumes unless it has a 3.5 mm plug with four sections instead of three. Earbuds with microphones have four sections. So I can't use my old earbuds, I ordered some new ones with microphones (and they work perfectly). Other than that, it is snappy, has plenty of RAM, plenty of storage, the fingerprint sensor works well, the cameras are pretty good and Samsung seems to be good about updates. Another of my essential criteria is no 5g. 5G is proven dangerous and I don't want to be anywhere near it. While this is 5G capable on certain networks, you can turn it off which is wonderful! You certainly can't go wrong for $170! Update: 18 months now and the battery no longer lasts all day. The battery seems to be rapidly losing its ability to hold charge. Otherwise, its been great. Review: Love the audio headphone port - It's a decent phone. Substantial in the hand, reminded me of a medium sized iPhone. Great initial battery capacity. Great for streaming both in video quality and processing power though i don't do a lot of multitasking. My favorite feature is the headset port that doubles as an fm radio antenna. Hated having to use an adapter for the charging port in order to use wired headphones. Not a fan of BT so this was a surprise bonus. Can't speak to durability just yet but I have no case on it and have dropped it a few times at home without breaking it.

I Named It “The Princess”
Overall the phone is fine and does everything I need for less money than an iPhone. But The Princess is very picky about phone chargers. She doesn’t like all the other phone chargers on Earth that charge every other make and model just fine. No, the Princess only likes HER wall charger. Luckily she doesn’t mind the USB that is integrated into a couple of outlets in our house. I haven’t asked her yet if she will tolerate my car charger. Seriously now, I plugged the phone into the the charger I have used for years and I got a message on the screen that it wasn’t good enough and charging would take 39 hours!! Yes. 3. 9. 39 hours. Bizarre. With two previous phones is was a few hours. So I will adapt to the special needs of The Princess and hope that I don’t need to start carrying with me, everywhere I go, her special charger.

This is not for USA
This is a pretty good phone. I noticed a lot of reviews are talking about it not really being unlocked, but it is. It's just international. That's why it starts off in another language and doesn't allow USA carriers. A lot of people seemed to have missed that part (myself included) and I wasted money buying phone plans for a phone that wasn't compatible. If you're reading this from the USA and thinking of ordering it or it's on the way, cancel it. The phone is great every other way but you won't be able to get a plan on it.

Disappointing, Samsung
This is hands down the worst phone I have ever owned. Everything from the operating system, gui, physical buttons, and most notably the reliability are garbage. I have had this phone for about a year, but from day one it barely worked with numerous apps that my Motorola had no issues with, including security cam apps, bank apps, outlook, and youtube. Does not work with wireless charging, and the micro USB port started being temperamental after only a few weeks. Additionally it states it can fast charge, however the supplied cable was not capable of fast charging and it took a year of trial and luck to find a cable that could fast charge, but even then the phone took 4 hours to charge. The phone is dead due to a few drops of water hitting the bottom left corner of the phone. I guess I can take some blame for not treating this device like a delicate piece of tissue paper, but it was the equivalent of two rain drops. My previous phone was a budget Motorola, and that phone survived through hell and high water, only being taken down by a three story drop, and even then it still worked enough to hold out for its replacement. I know this was a budget phone, but it costs little to ensure quality at scale, and a company is only as good as its weakest link. Goodbye, Samsung.

Excellent phone, great quality
I am extremely happy with this phone purchase! The phone arrived in excellent condition and works perfectly. The screen is clear and bright, the performance is fast and smooth, and the battery life is impressive. It was easy to set up and meets all my daily needs without any issues. This purchase exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend both the phone and the website to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality device.
