I love this thing from the waist up. It holds everything in which unfortunately includes my butt. My only complaint i have is that it flattens my butt a bit.

I read every single review before I decided to purchase this! I was so conflicted about which size to buy. That being said, I took the advice of several ladies and just bought ONE SIZE LARGER than what I wear in clothing. Yes, it is tight pulling it up. However, it only took me about 15 seconds to get it on! I think if you have larger hips or thighs it may not work as easily. I'm not super skinny gal, either. For reference, I am 5' 4" and weigh 145, size 6 to 8 in jeans, and wear medium in tops. I bought size large in this shaper. As for the product expectations, I am pretty satisfied. It could hold the tummy area in a little more and it makes a slight dent/roll in my back, but overall does what it's suppose to.

Really wanted this to work. The bottom half fit well- snug but not uncomfortably tight, 5’7”, 150lb and ordered a M- but ironically, the torso was too long (not usually the issue for a busty gal (34G). It bunched right into my bra/back roll turning it into multiple rolls (because it fit snugly as intended but was too long) but also cut into my bust. The front scoop needed to be longer (if I lengthened the straps, it would only exaggerate the rolls in the back, if I shortened the straps to fix the back, major, strange Quadraboob).

I read all the reviews before ordering & was so paranoid about getting the right size that I ordered 2 different sizes. While other reviewers gave height & weight with their reviews, I didn't feel that helped me much when the size chart is in inches & the primary complaint was fitting too small. No offense other reviews....I am 5'5, 147lbs, my waist measures 28" & my hips 35" I ordered a M & L of the body suit with adjustable straps and crotch closure (see picture as I found these reviews were for different items) The M fit perfect. Yes it was tight getting it on, but it's supposed to be. Its purpose is to suck you in & flatten your lumps & bumps so you can relax and still look good. (See before & after pics) I feel it did exactly that. It's comfortable. It sucked me in. On a 10 scale 1 being no support and 10 being super support I'd give it an 8. The clasps in the base did not touch or irritate my legs. Actually a genius idea cause who wants to get completely undressed each bathroom visit? As a super added bonus..... it boosts my chest up without a bra!!! Not that I would go bra-less, but I could. Instead I will enjoy the extra clevege it adds to my regular bra. The material feels nice and smooth. My dress doesn't cling to it. It seems to be made very well. For the price you can't go wrong. I feel like this was a great purchase. I'm very happy.

Fit was somewhat small thru the back which was surprising bc that's not where I would normally have a size issue. And not only did it not take care of my muffin top, it somehow created a new one on my back...... New one for me and definitely wasn't going to pay for the unwanted addition.

I ordered this as another option to what I have been wearing. I have the spanx that are legs and torso and I wear them every day. I wanted this for more flexibility and for the crotch clips(haha). I’m 5’4 and ordered a large. What a pain to get it on over my legs and hips, but once I did I found it comfortable. Tomorrow will be the real test. But I loved that once I got it on, I was able to put on a size 12 pant that I haven’t been able to button even with my spanx on.

As far as smoothing my belly and sides, this shaper was excellent, but after only a couple minutes of wearing it rides up and gives you the worst wedgies. I’d go to the bathroom and adjust, get everything back in place, and within minutes it was super uncomfortable again!

Although I felt over all better wearing this in form fitting clothing, I would not say that this has a lot of tummy control.
