The media could not be loaded. We have had this for about a month and a half! It adds so much to our house- especially when it lights up at night!! The only thing I didn’t realize is just how quiet it is! You can barely hear any water flowing unless you are right up on it, but still beautiful and love the design!

Really gorgeous at night. Doesn’t quite make the sound I wanted, like a brook or river flowing. Motor pretty loud and drowns out sound I was able to connect it to another water feature and together I get more sound. I also added pretty colored crystals to control the flow of water and make it slightly louder. If you want a real water sound, this is too quiet to hear if in a chair or a rocker nearby.

We searched for a fountain that offered a great look during the day and night - the lights have been strategically places and the curve in the face plate make this fountain unique and special. The trickle of the water is just perfect for our outdoor balcony. We have the unit on a timer, and it goes on just before sunset when we sit outside and enjoy the beginning of the evening with family and friends almost every night. Certainly, a welcome addition to the atmosphere we enjoy.

Nice fountain but can’t enjoy the pleasant trickling sound now that there’s a low hum from the pump. May have to replace pump.

There was an issue at first, but the seller resolved it almost instantly and covered all of the associated costs. Truly excellent customer care. Thank you, love the unit!

The fountain is beautiful and the sound is relaxing. Easy to install and looks amazing. We are disappointed that the lighting feature will not stay attached. We tried to remedy on our own and with the seller, but there is no option.
