Don Draper swag on a budget.
Comfortable, great looking chair. If you love Mid Century design, but are on a budget, then this is the chair for you. As others have noted, the legs can be a little difficult to attach. As a previous reviewer stated, the key to installing the legs is to loosely attach the bolts that attach the legs to the chair body, thus giving you some wiggle room. There are 4 bolts, and after you have 3 installed, you just need to put a little force into bending the 4th bracket on the legs to line up with the mounting point on the chair. It's not too difficult, and is easier with a buddy. Afterwards, kick back and enjoy your newfound swank.Incase anyone was wondering about the chair's materials, the body is a semi-flexible plastic about 1/8" thick and the legs are 1/8" and 1/4" thick chromed round steel. The chair is light and easy to move around.

A solid chair with some small problems
Pros: Chair looks very good. Quite comfortable for the duration of a dinner. Any longer and it gets a little hard.Cons: The stance of the legs is not as wide as the real Eames version of the arm chair. I think this manufacturer uses the same base for both the regular chair and the arm chair. Not a major problem, but because of this it could tip left or right if leaning over the side (say picking up something from the floor).Assembly takes a little force as the holes don't exactly align, but only takes a few minutes. Not a big problem either. One issue to take note of is that blue jeans will rub off onto the white plastic. Haven't yet figured out how to deal with it.None of these are deal breakers. It is a good chair for the price.

Nice quality, hard to install!
Good plastic quality, matte finish. But!Very hard to install! The metal base doesn't fit the base so an excessive amount of power needs to be operated to have it in place. Also, mine came with only 3 screws and 3 plastic caps.Quick assembly tip, go in cross! Do the far right and close left first so you get the pressure of the metal frame.

Your optimism isn't enough to make this chair any less dreadful.
Do not buy this chair. The bones in my arm still hurt from the amount of torque required to force this chair into its completed form. When this chair arrived, I was very excited. The quality of the packaging was high, and the quality of the materials also appears to be high. Unfortunately the chair parts don't actually fit together. I am rather fit, and it still took me hours of struggle to force this chair together. At times, I wanted to give up. The leg mounts simply do not match up to the seat.Eventually I got this chair together, and now that I'm sitting in it, I can feel bumps where the legs are mounted to the seat bucket.

Love the look of the chair
Love the look of the chair, and they are comfortable. However, the holes DO NOT line up on the base which makes assembly impossible without an extra set of hands and a lot of muscle. In the end for the price they are worth it...just get some hep with assembly to save yourself the headache.

great chair
I love this style of chair, very modern and pretty comfortable for sitting. I get a lot of compliments on it. It is great for sitting and can be used at dinner table as well.

it's a great chair.
It's what we wanted, but putting it together was a bit of a chore. The metal leg piece wasn't shaped properly so getting it to screw in required a lot of force, much more than anticipated. But once it's together, it's a great chair.
