Great sleep aid
I don't usually have a problem falling asleep but often wake up in the middle of the night and find it difficult to fall back asleep. I'm reluctant to take drugs or other sleep aids but Som seemed like it might be the "healthiest" of the options so decided to give it a try. It worked great. Had no trouble falling back asleep and woke up feeling refreshed. Tastes great, easy to prep (dissolves easily in water), and no side effects or other issues. Looking forward to trying the other flavors.

Great sleep aid with pure, clean, all natural ingredients.
Sometimes after a long hard and stressful day, I have a difficult time falling asleep no matter how exhausted I feel. I have tried some melatonin sleep aids before with mixed results at best. A friend recommended Som Sleep to me and I was doubtful but open to try. Glad I did. These worked great and enabled me to get a good relaxing full night’s rest. Best of all, it’s all natural which is very important to me. No chemical sweetener additives here. I’ve tried all the flavors and they all taste great. This cherry one tho, is my favorite.

I use 2 packets in 6 oz water at 6 pm. It helps me stay asleep all night.

Unique taste but it works for me.
It’s clear which I still find weird and it has a unique taste but I do think it helps. I combine with a cbd gummy for extra assurance. Fall asleep in good time and wake feeling rested and not groggy. The taste is worth the sleep.

Useless
Absolutely no effect on sleep quality. This is not merely subjective opinion, monitoring my sleep stats with a Garmin watch shows my sleep is slightly worse when I take this stuff. There's no benefit to using this product. Save your money.
