Kenmore 35182 18" Oscillating Stand Fan with Remote, Black & White

I've had one of these fans for years and we've always loved it in our bedroom. We needed another fan for our living room and decided to purchase a cheaper fan. That was a mistake!! It barely moves the air around and couldn't even compare to the Kenmore. We decided to get rid of the cheaper fan and buy another Kenmore. I was happy to find it on Amazon as our local Sears store is gone. We are so happy with this fan!! We have window ACs and don't have any in the kitchen. It gets hot while cooking in the summer! We aim the fan towards the kitchen while running the AC in the living room and it really pushes the cold air into the kitchen. It has been a lifesaver this summer. We plan on purchasing another one for our basement.

Great fan, but literally broke in 5 months!!

I like this fan, other than I really would rather not have a remote control. It moves plenty of air for a 3 blade fan. I had a Lasko 18" 5 blade "quiet" fan and it really moved too much air and was not quiet. The base is smaller and better made than the lasko also. I also really like the metal grill much better.

Fan works well, I like the remote. However, I don't like the fact that the stand is white and the cage is black. The description of a "white" fan is misleading. One the other hand I should have looked more closely at the picture. It is kind of tacky looking. I need it now or I would send it back and order something else.

I bought three of these fans for different rooms in my house...bedrooms and living room. I may buy another. I've always trusted the Kenmore name and was not disappointed. These were easy to put together, they're neat, and have a modern slim look. No noise whatsoever. Love the remote control.

Strong air

Love this fan! The fan itself is 18 inches which is pretty big, bigger than the other fans I’ve bought at target/Walmart before. It’s a lot classier and really does look worth the money. It’s made of metal for the blade screen versus plastic and I personally love the color contrast from the black and white. It’s simple to use especially with the remote. Definitely buying another one for other rooms!

Do not buy this product it's no good, after 3 months of very little usage it stopped working. Why would Amazon help these pirates by pushing defected products and defrauding it's own customers.
