Review: Healthier and Energized - TL;DR: Incredible product, it tastes great, keeps me energized and hydrated AND is healthier for my body while being cost effective. Absolutely a game changer. I had a Mountain Dew addiction, I needed it to keep me awake but the hypocrisy of being a life coach and drinking something known to be so unhealthy was wearing on me. I didn't want to rely on that anymore so I decided to give this a try. The taste was strong but I devised a method that works for me. I use one packet a day. I drink four bottles of water a day, pouring in a portion of the packet in each. It tastes like a pleasant melody, provides the energy I need throughout my day AND gets me to drink my goal in water each day. My body feels the difference, too. Just drinking water alone does not give me the kind of boost and benefits I notice even just a drizzle of this does! I feel healthier, it tastes much better, and I'm honestly just stoked. Not to mention that I notice my decreased energy when I don't have it for work BUT I don't get the headaches other caffeine sources gave me. It really is just a solid product. Taste horrible!
