These arrived on time. 1/2 size to usual quantity.
This looked a good buy as very hard to find tubs of cream of tartar. These are tiny tubs! The access opening is too small to get any spoon inside. I had to force the whole top off with a sharp knife & twisted it to open. Spilt some as it jerked. It’s very fresh & has a good. shelf life,& works well.

A great potassium supplement.
Good stuff. I don’t use this for baking – I use it as a potassium supplement. It’s 16.5% potassium by weight, so it works as a nice potassium supplement. Just mix a half teaspoon in a pint of water with a squeeze of lemon – and you’ve got a super low carb potassium replacement drink. Wanna sweeten it up a bit, or add some carbs after a workout – than just add a few teaspoons of Biona Organic Rapadura, along with the juice of half a lemon. It tastes just like tart lemonade. The tartaric acid is also beneficial to your health – it’s both an antioxidant and an anti-inflammatory – so not only do you get some potassium after your workout – but you reduce your swelling and fatigue from working out. It’s natural stuff folks – it comes from grapes. But so few people are aware of it’s health benefits.

GREAT PRODUCT
I searched everywhere for Cream of Tartar but could not find it. I found this and was worried that it might not be exactly what I Needed, but it WAS!!! I was so happy to be able to make the recipes that needed this ingredient. Great product and the delivery time was as promised.
