Great bucket with lots of features you didn’t know you needed !
I usually don’t write reviews. No news is usually good news, however I have been overwhelmed with trusting reviews. I have heard of company paying for good reviews ect. Which has left me not trusting any good reviews. I will say this off the bat. I am not paid or even asked to leave a review for this mop. I had been bombarded with ads about the new oceader easy ring mop. Which is similar to this mop on separating the clean and Dirty water which sounded it fabulous. I have just moved into a 2800 square food three level home and the traditional mop was killer. I spent weeks researching every mop and I became more and more frustrated the more I researched. Looking into a sturdy bucket and mop. Do I want a foot pedal or a spin mop handle? Do I want plastic or mental ? So many choices. The reason I decided against the o cedar after researching was the complaints of capacity and I like the boil down Water and there no way to get boiling hot waiter into that tiny hole. Now I know you want to hear about this mop system. For one is it much bigger bucket, it does have wheels ….. so it makes it easy to move around and even carrying it when I need to this bad. The mop is amazing for laying nearly flat to get under dressers, bed, ect. I love the stand up feature where the mop will stand up on his own. Some reviews say it’s hard to to use. I can agree and disagree. Anything new can be complicated. Remember your first smart phone how you felt ? Now you grab it and do what needs to be done like it 2nd nature. Same for this mop. They also send a QR code with several videos on how to set it up all the features ect. Only thing I was unsure about was the metro I didn’t want it to rust, but I always rinse with clean water and pat dry after use. I’ve had it 3 weeks. I mop once a week using a swifter in between. I have a high traffic house of 7 people with 4 sons !! Needle to say it can get dirty. The only thing I could say to friend getting this mop. Is make sure your mop head stings are all in the bucket before spinning cause one out can hit your buttons and turn off to on or vice versa. 2nd always check the plugs on each side before filling up I’ve had a spill or two which is 100% my fault for leaving them open. Pros great capacity Keeps clean water separate Keeps hot water hot longer since it not exposed to the air Easy to spin Super long handle for hard to each places Moves around easy Mop stands up on its own Company has great informative videos Big large buckets make it easy to pot hot water into Cons There is a learning curve Mop stings of left out can turn the buttons on and off. Overall it’s a great mop I couldn’t be happier this mop makes me excited for mop day …. Did I really say that ? Sure did !

Incredible product AND customer service!!!
This mop with its clean water chamber and all of its fantastic features makes cleaning so much more efficient and sanitary!! For years I was using a traditional spin mop… because it was slightly less expensive… but I always felt gross either mopping with “dirty” water or having to stop and empty the bucket after every dunk of the mop in the water bucket. This mop stopped all of that nonsense!! My floors feel cleaner than ever! And with 3 dogs, that is not an easy mission to accomplish. NOTE: there IS a learning curve with the amount of water you need in the basins to make the spin out and pumping of clean water work!! However, the customer service department at this company is OUTSTANDING and was there to walk me through every step of the way, all hours of the day and night, with no hesitation or delay. Incredible, incredible, INCREDIBLE!!! I could only wish every company was so helpful!!!

This mop let's you REALLY clean the mop head, not just spin it dry
I really like this mop system, it’s unique and has an added feature I think most people can appreciate. I know I do. What makes this mop system different than most others is that it has 4 “tanks”, but really it’s 2 tanks (one for clean water, the other for dirty water) and 2 additional “chambers” that slip inside the 2 main tanks. One of the chambers is a wringer/spinner that spins out all the water from the mop head (like you see with most of these newer mop systems) and it is also used to pump clean water into the other chamber when you turn the valve ON. The second chamber is what I call the “cleaning chamber” and this is the feature I really like about this mop system that others don’t have. This chamber can hold water and when you put the mop head into it, you spin it and as it spins, the strands beat against the ribbed walls and helps clean it. If the water gets dirty, you can turn its valve on and the water will drain. Your mop head doesn’t go into the main clean water tank or the main dirty water tank. It keeps the mop head separate from both. And a neat thing about this is that you don’t even have to use it if you don’t want to. You can lift this chamber out and spin the mop head into the main dirty water tank (yeah, it sounds gross, but that’s how original/traditional mops work) and still use the wringer/spinner to spin it dry. I've seen some comments that said this mop system seems too complicated or hard to use. It's really not. They're just not used to seeing something new like this. Once you look at it, fill it up with water and use it, you'll realize it's a simple design. It's a mop system that actually allows you to clean the mop head rather than just dunking it in dirty water, or spinning it dry and calling it "clean" lol. Go check out some videos people made online and keep what I said in mind. Also seen a comment where someone said that they couldn't get the mop inside the chamber to get it wet. All you need to do is place it inside, allow the head to absorb some water, then move the mop out and back in, letting other parts of the mop to get wet. It takes only a couple of seconds. Yes, you need to understand a tiny bit of physics to get this going (just teasing) And another comment I seen was about the hidden wheels. They said that the mop only moves forward and back, not side to side. That's not really a problem. Yes, the wheels are designed to move forward and back, but you'll be using this on hard floor where it won't be a problem for that, but it could be a problem if you're pushing it onto carpet. If so, it still wouldn't be much of a big deal as some may have you believe. The wheels are "hidden" which means it's recessed which makes the bottom of the mop buck real close to the ground. If you have shaggy carpet you might have some difficulty maneuvering it, but for most people this wouldn't be a problem at all. It's a nice mop system and I've had it for 10 days now. I used it 4 times and I love it :) The pole/handle feels solid and comfortable. It's not skinny and short like those spin mops with flat mop heads. I hope my comment was helpful in your decision to get (or not get) this cool mop system. Take care!

Keeps water clean, has some room for improvements
Positives: This is an intelligent and well-thought-out product. It keeps your dirty water and clean water separate. Sleek appearance. Comes with lots of extra mopheads. Nice color of bucket. Negatives: incredibly convoluted to learn how to use. I had to rewatch YouTube videos and it probably took me an hour to assemble and wrap my head around it. The YouTube videos are almost like a sales pitch. To the makers: You really need to just create some dry instructional videos. We already bought the product and that’s why we’re watching the video. I don’t personally watch instructional videos for things I haven’t purchased lol…Also, the mop handle itself has this spinning mechanism you have to get used to. You do have to lock and unlock it every time you put it in the water, which is kind of annoying. But it’s an interesting design nonetheless. The biggest drawback is that I now have to spend time teaching my husband how to use this and he’ll probably forget, so I will probably be the house mopper forever. Also, the wheels are not big enough and it kind of feels like you’re pulling the bucket around your house. I don’t like that feature because I have nice hardwood floors and I don’t want to scratch the floors. So I end up carrying it around the house. Would recommend making larger wheels that actually swivel.

Great mop!
Little confusing to get used to at first but once I figured it out, I was going and love it! Love the wheels feature and that it comes with so many replacement mop heads.

Bad mops with no support from sellers.
I've been trying to get this seller to contact me for months. I bought two of these, and both were defective in the same way. The "rinse" compartment drains as soon as water is pumped in to the chamber. I thought i was using it wrong at first. I watched so many videos because, it didn't include instructions for use, or for assembly. Anyways. Both mops have the same problem. Both the one I bought for myself, and the one sent as a gift have become useless space hogs, and I keep hoping that this company will respond but, nope. I wouldn't recommend this seller for anything, let alone this mop. I spend a lot of money through Amazon and they saw that I went through the "customer support " portal, and asked was my situation resolved. I have yet to hear back from this seller. BUY AT YOUR OWN PERIL .

Nice bucket system needs a little upgrade
I purchased this bucket to clean up after spills and pet. It works. I keep a container with water near by and poor that into the rinsing area to clean the mop after spills and I keep the disinfecting detergent water in the area where you spin to dry. It works well this way for me to clean up spills. My mop starts off disinfected and clean everytime. Takes a little getting used to at first. Not easy to see the arrows and lettering. The wheels at the bottom are great, but they could be a bit bigger and rotate. Not a bad moping system. It can be used like a regular bucket if you wish. I can't help thinking this is a prototype. 1. The lettering and arrows need to be visible for the eyes to see. 2. The wheels should rotate. 3. The collecting and dispensing tanks should hold more water. It's less of a trip to empty the bucket. I'm giving it 3-1/2 stars. It really helped to mark my bucket with a marker on the arrows and lettering to see what I was doing. My view it's really not a bad system to purchase.

This large-capacity spin mop and bucket system is perfect
The 4-chamber design that separates clean and dirty water is a great feature, helping keep floors cleaner during the whole process. The 2-gallon heavy-duty bucket feels sturdy and durable, and the wheels make it easy to move around while cleaning. The mop spins smoothly and cleans floors very well, and the 6 refill mop heads are a great value for long-term use. It’s efficient, easy to use, and makes mopping much faster and more convenient. Excellent cleaning system

Muy practico
Me gustó mucho, puedes limpiar y no volver a tocar el agua sucia , no gasta agua porque los niveles son como de una cubeta chica , prácticamente estás limpiando el piso de toda tu casa un una cubeta grande

Awesome Mop System! Works Exactly As Advertised
The Rinse Wise system is awesome! I bought this specifically because I was sick of using dirty water to mop my floors and was getting really frustrated with others out there for sale. I love that there is always clean hot water available to rinse. It works flawlessly but it is a little confusing getting started. Thankfully this company puts a lot of tutorial videos on You Tube and I watched them all. Once you get the hang of it, it's easy and quick to clean your floors. I used pinesol as my cleanser into the hot water and I did not get a lot of sudsing like with my old mop systems. One thing to watch for is to make sure the pail plugs are tight so that you don't get leakage when you move your pail around. I found the rollers on the bottom of the pail worked great! The mop heads seem universal and the ones from my old spin mops fit into the Rinse Wise mop handle perfectly. I did get several with my order but could always use more! My Rinse Wise arrived very fast, ahead of schedule, and perfectly packed without damage to the box. This is a great seller and I am so happy I bought this system. Cleaner floors here I come!

Best mop ever!
Especially best mop for those with frequent messes on the floor that need a quick swipe several times per day. -coffee spillers -pets -kids -shoe traffic (mud) -etc. I was able to put it together and figure it out with just the videos here on Amazon. It took a little bit but it was worth the time. I no longer have to burn my hands rinsing a mop clean with super hot water because I have more floors to wash and the mop too dirty to move on. I no longer have to clean out the entire sink several times per day after a quick swipe with the mop. I no longer have to rest a wet mop in the tub. If I have to do a quick swipe but don't have time to wash out the mop, I no longer come back later having to deal with a stinky mop head. I read through the issues people were having re: pole not straightening or bending easily, pole not locking, spin mechanism requiring a lot of effort, floor scratching, mop tendrils not getting corners clearn, etc. I have had none of those issues as of yet.

Takes a minute to get the hang of it but wow it’s great for hardwood floors!!
I used to use a vilida microfibre mop n pail, but once I started using this mop and bucket system, I donated the old one. The first wash wasn’t easy because I didn’t quite know how to use it, but I watched the videos and figured it out. I have shiny hardwood floors, and I didn’t like the way any mops left a haze on my floors, I tried several types of cleaners, several types of mop and pail systems. I was ready to give up on clean floors, but I read the reviews on this System and decided to give it a try. Once I got the hang of it I found that I don’t need to use any cleaners whatsoever other than two or three drops of Dawn in the water, which makes me happy because our floors see pet feet and baby feet. I use hot water. I wash it first with steamy water in the mop, not sopping wet, just enough to ‘wash’ and then I go back after and rinse the mop and spin it until it’s almost dry. then go back and wipe that section one more time in small sections…never haze, never sticky residue I can always tell when the floor is clean by the way, the mop moves under my hand , and you can literally feel the mop slow down… usually the high traffic areas. These might take a third going over but it’s fast and makes the floors SHINE!

good material
This mop made my house spotless. Its color and material are very good. I was very satisfied with the 10 spare cloths. The only downside is that it takes a long time to open and close the valves.
