Yellow LED light for XtremeAir Range Hoods, 2w 12V, NOT for any other brands

This says "Yellow" but the correct term is "Warm White". I bought two of these lights to replace the original "Cool White" LEDs that came installed in my XtremeAir Ultra Series range hood. My house is lit with all warm white, so the cool white LEDs looked extremely out of place. These warm white LEDs look much better, and blend in well with the rest of the kitchen. They are not particularly amazing as far as household LED bulbs go, but they are sufficient and are a perfect fit. Unless you have small and nimble hands, installation is mildly frustrating.

These are fine lights. I knock off one star since they are a bit too yellow for my taste. Nevertheless, these lights look better than the original lights Extreme Air lights. Maybe I will get used to the color. The quality is good and replacement of the lights is a snap. I replaced the original blue-white lights (one was flickering....I thought LED lights were supposed to last a long long time.....) in less the 5 minutes.

These are definitely yellow and was a major adjustment after the factory blue lights. Took me a couple of weeks to adjust.

Much brighter and warmer than the very dim and blue lights included with my range hood. The connectors didn't work with my range hood, so I just cut the old ones off of the lights I was replacing and spliced them onto these lights.

In September 2017 I ordered White LED lights for XtremeAir Range Hoods 2w 12v, to replace the two lights on my GE Profile Hood. Minor connector modification was necessary, but the lights worked and fit perfectly. When trying to order replacements these same lights were "no longer available" and the Yellow lights were offered as "substitute".Making the same connector modifications as previously done, I installed the light and found that the light is extremely low at the high setting, and almost none at the lower setting. Very disappointing, not only that this doesn't work, but also that this ONE light cost $15, whereas the previous TWO lights cost only $10, AND WORKED.

While these are nicer than the purple hue of the lights that it came with, these are unfortunately on the other end of the spectrum and very very yellow. They are much yellower (lower number) than my 2700 under cabinet lights.I’m going with these for now but it would be nice to find 2700/3000 K bulbs. It would be even better if companies gave the K scale number instead of the naming confusion.

The warm white LEDs work very well, they provide a lot of light and were easy to install. Good value at $10 ea.

definitely yellower and more of a spot type light than the original lights.I would guess these are closer to 2K and the original blue lights were more towards 4-5K color temperature.Would love to find a 28-3500K color temp..closer to other lights in kitchen
