It looks MUCH better than my makeshift feral house I was using previously. However, there is space between the slats so it's now wind proof, and so I chose to line it with a roll of insulation, which I also reviewed so if you need it, I think you can find it on my page? My 14 pound cat fits in it. I have a motion light outside, and every night community cats come to eat, drink, or sleep. I put straw in it and it works great. It's not waterproof due to the slats not being sealed, but mine is now with the insulation. It's a decent quality and it wasn't terrible to assemble. It's a great little feral cat house, and for the space it was the best value that I found that also shipped quickly. We were about to have single digit temps and so I was in a rush but I'm overall happy with my purchase and would buy again.

Easy to build, and it looks fantastic. Everything lined up perfectly, and the "strong smell" that some people oddly complain of is cedar! Smells wonderful! My only complaint is that the paint is nothing like the photos, and it is absolutely not weatherproof. The paint is very matte and is a thinly sprayed layer that is so thin you can still see the wood grain through it. I can't put this outside until I get a waterproof coating on it, which is time and money I didn't want to spend. Build quality is good. Value for the money is ok. Overall, I'm extremely happy with it and would buy from this company again!

This is a great cat house!!! We have two outside cats and they love it! Easy to assemble (took about 45 mins by myself) sturdy and keeps them warm and dry. It does smell when you open the box like paint/stain but the smell goes away by the time you are done building! I highly recommend.

This thing is incredible I’ve had it in my backyard for about a year now and it’s held up so incredibly well. It was super easy to put together. The size was just as expected. The quality is soooo nice. Since we have it outside I was concerned it would be weatherproof, but it’s stayed very dry! It was an excellent purchase.

This cat house was SO EASY to assemble! The instructions are clear, the holes are PREDRILLED🙏🏼 and it’s just a win- win for everyone!! It’s sturdy, the quality is excellent, it looks precious and it’s waterproof ! Best bang for your buck!

Cats can't stand the thing but I don't think that's an issue with the product, it went to get her easily and has withstood winter(somewhat sheltered ) cats don't seem to understand the bottom door, I have seen them use the top door but only like 2x you may want to be prepared to seal above the top door, we were getting water inside but a tiny bit of silicone caulk fixed it

We bought this a few weeks ago and put it together right away. It is easy to put together and very cute. It does a pretty good job of keeping rain out. However, after only a couple weeks, the white layer of wood around the front 2nd floor window is already peeling off. I don't know what else to do except wait for it to finish peeling off then try to get crafty with fixing the appearance. If it is already coming apart cosmetically, then I am concerned about how long it will last functionally. A lot of money to pay for something that will most likely not survive the year. When this falls apart, we will going with another brand by another seller. It would have been 5 stars if it held up.
