This is an excellent appliance. My calculations meant this fitted perfectly under my work top. It is slightly deeper than my last machine but the design of the back meant the waste and water inlet pipes fit snugly out of the way, meaning that it could be pushed fully against the wall. ( although, I don't understand why the drain pipes are always longer than the inlet pipes on these machines. ) This is important if your undersink plumbing is to the right of it as this can be a stretch to connect ) You'll probably need to put it fully in its final position before connecting your pipes and the plug to its supply. With that said. I levelled the feet before placing it into its final position and then fully adjusted the two ( front ) feet whilst machine was in a spin cycle for best results. When this is done, the machine is pleasantly quiet for its larger load capability. I downloaded the app and connected my machine to it ( after 2 attempts ) The machine itself has basic programs set on the dial but the app is a more comprehensive menu of programs and features. The connection for this can be hit and miss as it uses your phone as a remote and it doesn't always work. Surprisingly, you can still see the progress of the wash on the app after you've set the machine manually. Altogether, this is a great machine though and worth its price. It has the advantage of washing more items in one wash. A recommended appliance with plenty of washing programs to match all clothing and levels of soiling.... Update 13.2.26. Machine runs very well. Probably the best I've ever purchased for quietness etc. However, I thought I'd add that the machine is very sensitive to unbalanced loads. Especially if the items are large and absorb alot of water. It tumbles for around 10 mins to try to balance it and if it can't rebalance the load before spinning then it won't spin! You may have to try the empty and spin only cycle to address this. It seems ok on large washes of smaller everyday items but not large throws etc. I've not experienced this on my previous machines with smaller load capacity but it maybe worth considering before purchasing this. Just installed this to replace an old machine and the process was seamless. No issues with the valves or leaks. For the first "service" wash, I ran a 14 min Rapid Care cycle at 30°C with a dirty bath towel. Interestingly, the full cycle (including the final 1400 RPM spin) took about 18 minutes to complete. I love everything about this washing machine. Its beautiful design, its perfect functionality, its slimline and stunning visually. Delivered on time and very professionally. We didnt get installation and they do not provide a wrench to remove transport bolts so be aware you'll need tools. This washing has been silent and unnoticeable even on a hard spin. Very good. And ive had a lot of washing machines in the past. Drum size never fails to take the load of 3 people, spins fast and clothes come out half dry

All good so far, very easy to use with simple choice of programmes. Nice and quiet even on 1400 spin which is excellent. Only criticism is that the door edging (the black bit) seems quite lightweight plastic. Very pleased with Amazon installation and recycling option. Definitely worth it, the delivery/fitting people were great.

Got delivered today at 11am and has been on since’!! Lovely big drum. Not that noisy. So far so good. Looks nice. Lots of programmes. 15 minute wash is so handy for a fresher. Love it. It’s got a smart on line thing, but I’ll probably never use it to be honest. Nice to have I guess. Would defo recommend for the massive drum. Really pleased. I put a 90x66 pair of velvets curtains, then a kingsize quilted throw. Took the weight no problem. In regards to instruction being vague, they are but if you ask Chat gpt he breaks it down for you so well a child could understand. Gutted I didn’t pay the extra £30 for the A- 20% version, however got to be said I did about 8 washes today took about £4.50 electric it’s extremely energy efficient. I paid £30 to have it installed waste of money. Cause I could have done it myself. They didn’t even have a jubilee clip for the over flow pipe!! Save your money. THE WIFI doesn’t work. So if your buying it for this feature DONT

Bought this washing machine specifically because the listing advertised a kind of “dosing,” which is completely misleading. It does NOT have automatic detergent dispensing — you still have to manually add detergent every time like a basic machine. What it actually has is some kind of “Eco Doser” suggestion feature, which just tells you how much detergent to use. That is NOT the same thing, and it feels like the wording was intentionally confusing to make it sound like a higher-end feature. The manual even mentions auto dosing, but only for “some models,” which just adds to the confusion. It seems like Hoover uses the same documentation across multiple machines, and retailers just copy/paste specs without checking. Aside from that, the machine itself is average at best. It works, but nothing special — and certainly not what you’d expect if you think you’re getting premium features like auto dosing. Overall, very disappointed. If you’re buying this expecting automatic detergent dispensing, don’t — it’s not there.

This is really efficient washing machine capable of doing a light load or a large very cheaply. It iss excellent valu for money. Quiet running and very easy to learn how to operate. It has many useful functions and I can highly recommend it.

Great washing machine would recommend this model however the driver took a picture with it’s packaging still on. When I removed the packaging there were 3 visible dents on the front and left side. Very frustrating as this is brand new but I had no choice but to get my husband to install it that day as the old machine had been collected.
