Fast Return
After informing company that our cover shredded after a couple of months, Kelly from Customer Service quickly gave us the option of a new cover or return of funds. Although we are thankful for Kelly's quick response, we are extremely disappointed with the cover.

Great Customer service
Cover is a good quality, better then others. I gave 4 star due to disability , I had an issue and call the company. I could not believe how good of customer service they have, best out of any company i have dealt with. No cover will last long, but a company that stands behind what they sell is awesome

In 5 months began to disintegrate and tear.
Gary J same issue happened for me. I installed in August, by January began to see the cover flake away and tear. Over the period of 5 months it tore in 3 locations. I hope King Bird honors the 24month warranty going began the process now.

In just 4 months it was rotted out
Looked really good when I installed it. I purchased the cover in August, I installed it in Sept, by January one of the front covers had rotted out. The material around the tear disintegrates just by touching it. Other places on the roof, many places look like they will soon do the same.
