My absolute travel essential. I bought one eighteen months ago, but unfortunately it broke. Since the steamer was still under the warranty, I contacted their Support. Their team member - Jaina, has responded and solved the issue very quickly - I received a brand new replacement within just two days! Happy that I can continue to use the steamer on my travels. Easy to pack and powerful, great for everyday use as well.

This steamer is very easy to use and transport. Works good and fast for removing wrinkles from fabrics, especially delicate fabrics that cannot be iron like silk. Water tank is little bit small but considering that is a travel steamer is just ok.

It was heavy, and from the first use, limescale (white stuff) came out of the device, staining clothes.

It’s good. It gets the job done but runs out of water quickly. Maybe good for only traveling

My steam iron stopped working, which led me to email the seller directly and the process was quick & seamless - they were very prompt with their response and immediately provided a refund as well since they couldn’t arrange a pick up. I reached out to the manufacturer through warranty assistance and received a quick response within 24 hours with a solution/assistance. [PRODUCT EXPERIENCE] ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 👉 Found this steamer to be just the right size to pack in my travel bag. It does hold less water making it easier to use and store. I found this one heat up quicker than my other one. I tried it on my dress shirt that had little wrinkles. Hung my shirt on a hanger on the bathroom door hook and a few passes of the streamer and the wrinkles were gone. It also worked well on my sports coat. I have only tried out the iron feature once on one of my T-shirts and it worked great. It took a little longer as it is a small size but did remove all creases and wrinkles. Overall a good product to have when traveling. Also note, I purchased the Philips steamer for more in cost originally but it underperformed. The Jack & Rose steamer is a top performer in the steamer category and is the best I've ever used, even better than my Conair. The seller confirmed the 2 year warranty as well!

I bought this for my 2-week trip to Italy. The reviews seemed worth it and I needed a way to smooth out my linen wardrobe! This was the best purchase ever! Totally worth every penny! My sister used it as well on her wedding outfit and it does work exactly as it says! Within seconds the wrinkles melt away with steam! Super easy to use and it's lightweight. I did not check a bag, so I bought the hard-sided travel case separately to prevent damage and it fit perfectly in my backpack! Highly recommend to anyone traveling, especially for business or a wedding and you need your clothes to looked dry-cleaned and pressed! This will get the job done!
