Ingredients: • 1/4 lb chicken (medium chicken thigh) • 1/2 tablespoon Weber Kick’n Chicken • 1 clove of crushed garlic • 1 teaspoon lemon juice • 1 teaspoon olive oil Process: In a bowl, mix the Weber Kick’n Chicken, crushed garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil. Add the chicken thigh and coat both sides evenly with the mixture. There’s no need to marinate for a long time—you can cook it right away. Preheat your grill to 400°F. Grill one side for 8 minutes, then flip and cook the other side for another 8 minutes. That’s it. Juicy, flavorful chicken ready in no time!
