Pvolve is an amazing workout!
Buying these bands led me to the Pvolve system which I absolutely love!! I had four kids and found running, pilates and cycling to be too hard for me to continue to do regularly as exercise. So I got these bands to do my own low impact thing at home and learned there is a whole low impact/low resistance system that Jennifer Aniston promotes. I tried it at an in person studio in NYC and am in love!!! O am buying the ball next!!

Worst customer service
Undo give zero stars but had to pick one. The resistance bands broke after only a short period of normal use. I contacted the seller and was promised a replacement, but it never arrived. After following up, they apologized and blamed a glitch, again saying a replacement was on the way. That never arrived either. My most recent messages have gone unanswered. Poor product quality and even worse customer service. I would avoid this product.

Love it
Bought this because I saw Jennifer Aniston using it, and who doesn’t love her arms!!?? Not surprisingly then, I am pleased with it…so so easy to use standing up, sitting at my desk, just even doing household chores. Feels well made and durable. Very happy with it and maybe it’s my hopeful imagination, but I think I see a difference already!

Faulty item
I think the band is faulty. I took a picture of the right and left to have a comparison. The right one, the threads seem to come off.
