This phone was bought as a replacement for an earlier model. Basically this model is updated and improved over the previous version and provides everything you might need from a smartphone. A bargain at the price!

Phone not working

Messenger app and sound
Can't get messenger app and the sound is so low I can't hear it when it rings even though it's up at the fullest volume Its also losing it's windows application which will mean it's totally worthless

Not the best value
This product was not new. It had apps added which were French. The battery life is similar to my 3 yr old one. Not great value really.
