We use it in cooking, not as candy. Here's a chicken-lemon sauce recipe.
This is a great product to use as a lemon salt seasoning. We use it in much of our cooking. We like the product a lot but not as candy. Probably some purchasers will be displeased if they expected typical salty candy. We do like some salty candy, but as candy this is too salty for us. Here's a very easy, tasty chicken-lemon sauce recipe: 2 packets of Salt & Lemon Powder + 2 packets of Herb Ox sodium free Chicken Bouillon stirred into about 6 ounces of plain -- not sweet -- yogurt . Don't heat it. Use more or less yogurt to your taste. We like the product so much for general cooking / seasoning, that we continue to buy more before we run out.
