Would this work to make Brazilian tapioca pancakes?

No it doesn't work for me, when i put it in a pan with a bit of melted butter it doesn't form the pancakes like it does with other tapioca flour from Brazil... Very disappointed

Is there an expiration date on the package?

Mine has a sticker that says "Best Buy 10/2017".

Happy to receive this product but dissapointed at the same time!

I was excited to receive this large bag of tapioca flour as I have a few recipes I'd like to try using this. Only disappointed to see it expires in less than 3 months! I will not have this bag finished in 3 months, I bought the large bag as it was better value for money. No now!
