What are the chemical contents of this product?

I don’t recall. I know the product worked well to get pool dust off the felt and bumpers which is what I purchased it for…

Will this Remove chalk

Nothing is fool proof, the newer the stain the easier to remove, but this should remove chalk.

Will this help with smoke smell?

It is made to treat stains on the cloth, but I'm unsure about a smoke smell.

We sprayed this on a few spots and it left large rings like water stains but chemical stains. We can't get them out. Anybody got a solution to this?

Many cloth fabrics will do this, especially any in the micro-fiber class. The solution is simple. Never "spot" clean, always dampen the entire surface so there is no "Edge" to leave a ring. Also, if water is to be used, such as in a damp rag, always use distilled or purified water, never tap water.
