suffered every night with leg cramps. Very painful. Read up on causes and treatments decided to try. Magnesium Malate after a couple of months suddenly noticed the cramps had stopped, not totally, but when cramp did happen I could control it better and not as painful. I can only put this down to taking these tabs, I now routinelly take every night before I go to bed. I haven,t suffered any leg cramps for a long time, Hope this helps you. is worth a try

I've tried a few magnesium tablets but this one has really helped me relax, stay asleep and reduce muscle pain. Would recommend giving a try if you struggle with sleep, cramps. The only thing I would say is that I can be a little dehydrated but taking electrolytes helps to replenish fluids.

I was recommended to take these for restless legs by a friend. I have only been taking them for 2 days and have been symptom free 🤞 so far so good

It's an OK product, I have used other is the past that gave me a very good sleep. These however are not as effective with the sleep.

I got these to help regulate my sleep. So far they’ve worked out great. I am getting a full nights sleep. I am 43 and as I get older a full nights sleep was getting harder but these are helping.

I take these vitamins every night and they work amazing. I get great sleep all night long. This is my third time buying them, and I will continue to buy them as all other products I have tried for magnesium have not worked.

I really noticed when I ran out of these that it was harder to fall and stay asleep, and that my sleep wasn't as restful without it. But the weirdest thing was that my restless legs were suddenly much worse when I stopped taking it. I have taken magnesium by itself, and it wasn't near as helpful as the ashwaganda and magnesium. I will continue to buy this product. It is also very helpful if you have anxiety and are feeling very anxious or irritable during the day. I rarely take it during the day but when I do, it helps noticeably. I've been taking it for a few months every night and it has not lost its effectiveness due to tolerence.
