I have been meaning to write a review . I have used it works hair skin and nails they changed their product (the tool all their good skin vitamins out) so this product has everything in it . Hair skin and nails did not taste good ! But this pill it works ! But its awful whew! I read reviews i agree ! I take mine at night with a shot of some kind of wine or alcohol! It’s makes my stomach sick and i taste it all night. But it helps my cystic acne and hair. So I take it! It’s great brand love it! I wash my hands after touching pill but the smell is still on it . So it’s a five and take situation . I do skip days taking it . It works just fine. It’s a great product just has a little smelly flaw! Lol 😂

I bought these from another closeout store, when I saw them here I bough a bunch of them. Now 7months later, I noticed this have change the appearance but also the ingredients. One of the key reason I like them was that they had 3mg zinc include. But now they don't have any zinc in them, and I have to buy zinc separately. Decent value for the money, they are small and ease of use for me, excellent effectiveness, but I just wished they still had zinc in them, then I'd give them a 5 out of 5.

Read the ingredients. Forte: fortified, made more effective by including good amounts of all you need to work with the valuable Biotin and zinc, the very necessary Folic Acid, Panothenic Acid along with small amts of the B's. If you're used to buying separate minerals, each one costing what this one bottle cost, you'll be pleased to get so much in one (small to med size oval shape) pill. 60 tablet pills. Expiration date is almost 2 years from purchase so buy a few bottles. The difference is observable in 6-8 days. Two weeks should convince you. Take this to boost what almost all multi B's consistently lack for supporting, hair, teeth, gums, nails, bones; builders not of energy and muscles like the purpose of multi B's, but cellular tissue, delivery of minerals to your infrastructure. Stress and anxiety and ADD, ADHD will burn up energy faster then you can eat energy, then the body draws on the muscles and bones, hair and nails for important minerals. I am pleased with stronger nails and less hair loss but if I can this vitamin on anything but a VERY FULL stomach, followed by drinking LOTS of water - I get very nauseous! It has a pretty strong "vitamin" smell also. I take other vitamins and do not have this problem.

I've notice the difference in the texture and life of my hair over the past few weeks after starting to use this product. I know that Doctors recommend this for patients post Chemotherapy treatments (once completed) with healthy regrowth factors. I recommend this product.
