For the people saying it doesn't work, they probably didn't use it correctly and is their first time using it, I opened it up and got to work on a disgusting couch that stank and was discolored by dog filth, cleaned the entire couch with terminator, carpet bomber and Koch and Chemie greenstar and it made it look and smell brand new

Works great on tough stains and dirty upholstery. Easy to use, cleans very well, and leaves the surface looking much better. Great product for car detailing.

What a killer cleaner! We used this with our steam cleaner and used it full strength as prescribed. It worked great on all our furniture fabrics. We did three large overstuffed chairs and one large love seat. We were very generous with the spray-on solution feature and could probably have done more had we not used so much. Anyway, the amount of dirt it removed was almost embarrassing. The furniture didn’t look THAT bad going in!!! But hey, the fabrics have a more vibrant color and a fresh citrus scent. The scent didn’t last but a few days but, whatever. The dark brown milkshaky looking discharge was proof enough for us that this product removes deep down dirt and sanitizes while it’s doing it. Very pleased!

Based on prior reviews of this product, I expected it to be good. It actually is Great. I sprayed on a small stain on my driver's seat, brushed it gently with a soft toothbrush, and wiped it away with a microfiber towel. Instantly, the stain was gone, and the seat looks like new. I will be using this product on all stains in the futures.

I don't know how the pros do it but it's going to take more than one time to clean pet urine spots. I was hoping against hope that this product will eventually get that onery spot out of the carpet when used with the co-product that I also purchased but it hasn't done the trick yet so my stain is still there. I'll update if it ever gets this tough stain out, but the rest of my carpet cleaned easily with the product so I only took one star off.

This stuff is amazing. Takes out stains with no effort. Doesn’t matter the stain. I’ve turned car interiors from nightmares to mint condition with this stuff. It’s my favorite product.

This product is excellent for eliminating pet odors and food smells, like spilled coffee. I previously used a product called "Bio Odor" from Krown, which worked incredibly well when paired with my knock-off Tornador. I decided to try something different, and this product matches the quality of that one. It leaves a very neutral and clean smell, which is exactly what I was looking for. I do wish the price was a bit lower for the amount you get, but in the end, you get what you pay for.

Pair this up with there 3 step process and you can remove almost any stain

I had some problems with delivery but the product itself is good. I definitely recommend it.
