New review: The socks from Love Sock Co. arrived and glory be!!! No smell! Beautiful socks, really. And the customer service was top notch. Thank you, Love Sock Co!My original order through Amazon arrived, and I was dismayed that the socks "smelled." They were heavily scented, fabric freshener I suspect. I contacted the manufacturer and was assured this company doesn't scent its socks. So... Amazon? But the manufacturer graciously is replacing the socks that could very well have triggered an allergic reaction for me. We who buy organic do so for a reason. All's well that ends well, and I'll buy from this company again. Probably not through Amazon, though.

I purchased a bunch of socks for my mother-in-law. These socks from Love Sock Company were the most expensive but they were also unquestionably the best quality and style. I guess you get what you pay for. I bought the 3 pack, black, red and navy.I want to see how these wash up and compare with some of the others I bought but I'm pretty sure that the next time she needs socks I will probably just buy her some of these, maybe in other colors / prints.
