PNSO Prehistoric Dinosaur Models: 30 Brian the Pachyrhinosaurus

The pose and the level of detail on this figure is absolutely stunning and for those who are still trying to make up their mind —mind you, it looks far lot better than those YouTube videos. PNSO is great at nailing technical accuracy and general aesthetic of its figure. I have so far ordered three PNSO figures and all three blew dang socks off me. RECOMMENDED.

Meticulous detail and so many extras in the box! I'm definitely a fan of PNSO after buying this and the Wilson T. rex.

I've heard great things but never had a chance to get a PNSO dinosaur before now. I was not disappointed! the model arrives very well-cushioned in foam in a nice box. it's big! the box is a little longer than the dino itself, so like two feet long or something. inside there is also a very nice glossy poster of the model and a booklet explaining about the artist's process and the dinosaur itself, all written as if the dinosaur itself were telling you, which is super cute and unique. be careful not to lose the booklet and poster; they're quite special. the dinosaur itself is quite heavy and substantial solid vinyl, with an incredibly detailed mold. the skin has realistic folds and scale patterns; even the soles of the feet have texture. the paint job is also excellent: the tail has a greenish gradient towards the end, there are black stripes superimposed on the well-gradated base skintone, and the face, especially, is immaculate, with cute little teeth and shiny eyes. the dino has really interesting feet; I would have liked the booklet to talk more about that, as I've never seen a sauropod with feet like this. also, it has a visible cloaca, which the immature side of me finds very funny. it has a copyright stamped on its belly but not the name of the dinosaur; I do wish it did, just in case the booklet were to get lost. this model is definitely sturdy enough to stand up to play but I wouldn't give a model as nice (and expensive) as this to a small child; I'd wait til the kid was old enough to treat their toys well. PNSO lives up to its reputation for lifelike, realistic, high-quality dinosaur models and I'm glad to finally have one in my collection!

Some companies seem to skimp and cut corners with sauropods because of the size, but this is a fantastic model. It's very well painted even down to the tiny little teeth. The only thing to watch out for is that it is a bit front heavy. It has a metal peg in the stand but it doesn't take much to knock it over. Very highly recommended.

PNSOのマメンチサウルスは、この旧型の他に新型とミニサイズを購入。造形面での完成度は新型が圧倒的に良いですが、硬い素材感とグレー一色のペイントからか彫刻の様な印象です。旧型は生物的で動的な点で優れています。因みにHaolonggood製のマメンチサウルスは迫力の点でPNSOで勝り選択に迷う出来栄えです。
