For the price these are actually some pretty good combs. Worth the purchase.

I have bought item at the 99 cent store that are of better quality than these combs. I had to wait over 20 days for this items and they felt as if they were made from paper. Amazon should have a standard for customers that have to pay for their membership and only allow the best products for prime member much like costco or sams.

I'm a barber. 40 years... my eyes are getting older, and I wanted to be able to see dark hair against the comb. Most of them are too sharp on the tips, or too thin, only one is useful, but I am still glad I bought the set just for the one. I don't think they are carbon.

These combs came bent and it was due to the quality of packaging and the product. You definitely get less than what you paid for on this item.

This is a nice comb set. There are some great options for clipper and shear over comb. I just wish they were a tad more stiff.
