Sturdy and fit perfectly in Breville toaster oven. Match with silicone mat and cleanup is a breeze. These are near commercial quality in a small package.

These were too small for my smart oven but they are a great quality and I own other sizes. They are sturdy and do not warp in the oven. I returned for a slightly larger size. I have the full size and they are fab for sheet pan dinners. They clean up very easily too.

Love Nordic ware! Pan size is just the right size for roasting vegetables, individual meatloaf, meatballs and so many other things like chocolate croissants.

I originally bought 2 of the quarter sheets after buying a toaster oven and I heard a lot of good things about this brand. As some others have mentioned the raised logo is obnoxious and the majority of the reason for the lost star. The other portion of the lost star is the fact they are not dishwasher safe though it seems as my kitchen gets higher quality less and less seems to be dishwasher safe so not a huge portion of the lost star.In the month or so that I have had them now I have been very impressed with their quality. They cook food evenly, clean up isn’t to bad, and have not warped on me mostly cooking around 400-425 but have gone up to 500 with no issues.One of the things which surprised me the most is how convenient 1/4 sheets are. Sure there is the fact that they fit in my toaster oven but I have started using them for all sorts of other things due to them being the perfect size for the job. For instance when grilling I will season all my food on these pans and use them on my trips bwetween the grill and the kitchen. I am giving serious thought to buying 2 more of the quarter sheets due to there usefulness around the kitchen. Lastly I was wandering Walmart when I noticed the they happened to be carrying the 1/2 sheets so I bought one there. I will likely buy another 1/2 sheet in the future but I generally don’t do a crazy amount of baking so the smaller ones tend to be the perfect size for most my needs.

I ordered on a whim and have been using them constantly. Very well made/heavy. I have found useful for using as serving trays for food carrying into the living room; crafting components; coloring “table” for granddaughter’s exuberant art work (saving table top); etc. Surprised and delighted to have such a useful product!

This size works well in our counter depth fridge. I wish nordic would seal the gap/lip on the bottom of the mechanically rolled lip/edge. Probably a non issue but all their pans are made that way and I feel its a place for bacteria to grow when using these to dry brine meat. (if you turn the pan over, they roll the metal over to form the edge/lip and there is a seam that is open and i feel liquid and contamination finds its way in there).
