I got this as a student for my room since my school apartment didn't come with above lighting in the bedroom. Appearance: It looks nice, sleek, & modern. It doesn't take up too much room. It's not super heavy but has a good weight to it for a lamp so it feels very durable. Installation: Super easy as they have a video to watch & the paper instructions. Lighting: This is my biggest issue. I have a small desk lamp from Target that was cheaper & lights up significantly brighter than this. It does the job, but I'd rather have gotten a different lamp. I also turned up to the brightest it could go. Remote: I paid extra for the remote. It does disconnect at times. I don't know if it was worth it because I also don't change the settings since I just need it to be bright. Overall, if you don't need this to light up a small room but just as a side one to read or something then I think it's solid. Otherwise, I wished it was brighter. UPDATE: After my review about the dim lighting & remote glitching the company reached out. That was really nice of them to offer a refund and try to make it right.

I have in the past had several stand lamps, always seemed to be poorly made. This time a stand lamp was the only choice for my situation. Took chance and rolled the dice. Wow am I pleased, the packaging, the overall looks, and mostly the quality of materials.Worth the money.

This lamp is great. I would recommend making sure it's behind a chair or something b/c it does arch over and looks silly on it's own in the corner. Like the remote it comes with. The lamp shade looks a bit cheap

I purchased this lamp, with remote cotrol 6/2024. I was very pleased with the appearace and the functioning of the remote control Three months later (9/2024) the light bulb needed to be replaced. The new bulb purchased to specification will not pair with the remote. I cannot locate any support assistance on Amazon or the Addlon store site. This is very disappointing. The remote was appealing to me dispite of the extra expense because of my lack of mobility.

Do not buy !!!!!! I bought two of this lamp. Should have read more reviews. Seems like this lamp has a record of the light bulb which comes with the lamp going out. So if your bulb goes out, your remote will no longer work !!!!! Mine bulb started to flickering on and off in less than two months. I have tried buying a new smart bulb and it doesn’t connect with the remote. So the so call remote and light bulb that comes with the lamp is useless !!!! Do not buy. It’s a good lamp as long as the light bulb works…… very disappointed !!! Who knows what will go next ……. The seller emailed me stating that their remote and bulb ONLY pairs with each other !!!!!!! So you CANNOT replace the bulb when it goes out. Your remote will become useless!!! Do not buy this lamp !!! The bulb will not last like regular bulbs. It only lasted less than TWO months. Seller conveniently left this important information out of the product details !!!! Dishonest seller !!!!! UPDATE: customer service was good even though there is not much they can do. At first they offered a $12 dollar credit for me to purchase a new bulb paired with new remote sold by another company. I informed them that I have already purchased new smart bulb which doesn’t pair with their remote. Ended up they offered me a $60 refund. Note: that it’s not a full refund. I also bought 2 of this lamp, keeping my fingers crossed for the other lamp. Not sure what to say ….

Just what I've been looking for. The various settings makes it perfect for day/night use. I would recommend for anyone looking for multi functional lighting.

Perfect for our basement—easy setup, multiple settings, and a total steal for the price. It brightened up our cave-like space nicely, and now I can actually find things without using my phone flashlight. Only wish the brightest setting was slightly brighter, but overall, it gets the job done and looks great doing it.
