I have been using the Chocolate Huma Tri-Energy Gel with 25 mg of caffeine throughout my half-marathon and marathon training, and it’s been perfect, consistent, effective, and gentle on my sometimes-sensitive stomach. The taste is great, it goes down easily, and the texture isn’t too thick, which makes it really easy to take during long runs. Overall, it’s become a reliable part of my fueling plan for both training and race day.

Tastes good. Fuels well during long runs. I used for a marathon and sat well in my stomach. I prefer to Gu. Would recommend supplementing with salt tablets.

These taste great and will pull me straight out of a slump when running. They don't upset my stomach either which is always a nice plus

I ride a lot and this product not only gives you energy but it is easy on your stomach but off when resting or riding. The price is very competitive with others and considering all natural it’s a very good option. Only downside of the products is the taste of some of the flavors, a little sweet and not natural. I really like the coffee flavors and stuck with those.

Tastes like chocolate Twizzlers, works well, no stomachache or noticeable side effects. I will be buying more of these.
