I have these stashed all around my house, car and purse. They work great, so much better than the tablets, faster for really low lows. I never use the tablets anymore. I sometimes would have to eat 6 of those things. These work great and you only need one! Also they taste great, all the flavors are good.They do not lose potency being left in a hot car either.

Tastes very good to my diabetic child. Expensive though...need some better deals to buy it more often than once in a while.

I saw these in a Wegmans grocery store and had to try them. The price wasn't terribly high, though more than the 50-count bottles of Dex4 glucose tabs. It's easier to get down gels, and this was reasonably good tasting compared to other athlete-advertised gels. It does have a bit of a sugar alcohol taste, though I don't think that was actually an ingredient in it. I wouldn't use these all the time, but they were good for on-the-go use.

These are great for anyone who has diabetes. When blood sugars get low this brings it up quickly. It also is easy to carry. Great product that does the job just right!
