LOVE my new desk chair! I got the Sky Blue which is a really pretty blue in person. I work from home in tech, and had been getting constant headaches no matter what position I was in. I finally decided to invest in a better desk chair, and I'm SO glad I did! It's much more supportive and comfortable. I really like that I can flip the arms up or down, and the height is easy to adjust. Also, because I can flip the arms up, I can keep the chair out of the way when I'm not working by putting it right up against the desk. Very much worth the price! Assembly was simply and quick. Not even 30 minutes. Also, when I had a question about the chair, their support team was quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend!

I just received my TRALT Office Chair. First of all, I was impressed with the packaging of this item. When I opened the box each piece of the chair was wrapped in plastic or bubble wrap. Everything in the box arrived safely and without damage. Secondly, the instructions to assemble the chair were very each to follow. I was impressed with the Allen wrench which had a handle attached to it. This made screwing in the screws very easy. I was able to assemble the chair without any difficulty. Lastly, the look of the chair and the comfort is exceptional. I ordered the black/white chair which looks amazing. The comfort of the chair is really excellent. My back is supported by the lumbar seat and having the armrests being able to go up when not needed is wonderful. The quality of the chair is definitely worth the price.

Assembled chair only to find that the lift cylinder was faulty. Would have preferred to be able to just get a replacement cylinder but calling China didn't seem like a viable option. Guessing which one & buying it online would involve paying for a good portion of what the chair cost. Customer service could only offer a replacement or refund. We're disassembling (so much fun?!) to send it back. The chair itself was very comfortable, assembled fairly easily and instructions pretty clear. Again, if we could only have asked the seller for the replacement part......**Update**...Or if the instructions that seemed so clear were clearer!, as we started to disassemble, we decided to see what would happen if the tension knob (see photo) was loosened. IT ALLOWED THE LIFT CYLINDER TO WORK. Not at all what the instructions say. At any rate, we're keeping the chair.

I’ve been using this chair for a couple of days now, and honestly, it’s been a solid upgrade from my old one. I work from home most days, so comfort matters a lot—and this chair delivers better than I expected for the price. The first thing I noticed was the lumbar support. It’s actually adjustable and makes a noticeable difference, especially if you tend to sit for long stretches. My lower back used to get sore after a few hours, but that hasn’t really been an issue since switching to this chair. The mesh back is also a nice touch—it keeps things breathable, which I didn’t think I’d care about until I had it. Assembly was pretty straightforward. Took me maybe 20–25 minutes without any frustration. Everything lined up well, and the instructions were clear enough. In terms of comfort, the seat is firm but not hard. It doesn’t feel like one of those super plush chairs, but I actually prefer that because it feels more supportive over time. The reclining feature is smooth, and I like that you can lean back a bit when you need a break. Overall, I’d say this is a great value for a home office setup. If you want something ergonomic and comfortable without spending a fortune, this chair is definitely worth considering.

This is an excellent desk chair, especially for long hours at the computer, but i have to confess that it's taken a little time to get used to it only because this chair and my old faux leather desk chair (also sold on amazon and pictured below for reference) are at totally different ends of the spectrum. The new VIOLET mesh computer chair is extremely comfortable even after spending most of my days and nights sitting in it since i spend many, many hours daily working, communicating and gaming on my desktop computer. the chair may appear to be lightweight; however, it's got a decent amount of weight to it because of the high quality materials used to make it, especially the solid metal parts that make up the strong and stable base. In my opinion, the ability to adjust the arm rests, seat height and lumbar support proved to be a godsend, which i was not expecting, because it all enhances the versatility and functionality of the chair. Being able to change the chair to recline a bit is probably very useful for many, but I prefer a sturdy, stiff, upright chair back, so i adjusted it accordingly at a set in place 90-degree angle. The lumbar support is especially helpful to maintain proper posture and spinal alignment, yet again there was a small issue in that i generally sit with a slight forward lean or, as stated earlier, with my shoulders directly over my hips. in order to have full back support, you must lean back slightly, and that's an awkward position for me in any chair. the arm rests can be moved down at your sides or in an upright position as if there were no arm rests at all. and i have found myself switching back and forth between the two depending on what i am doing and how much movement i require in the chair. they can also be moved forward and backward a short distance, which i did find a little bothersome when the arm rests were down and i bumped them when i happened to move my arm(s) a little. they do not lock in place, but i'm positive that this is just another little concern that i can easily get used to since the old chair's arm rests were not adjustable at all. did i mention that it's PURPLE!?! not the only reason, but definitely one of the main reasons, that i purchased this chair over every other chair i looked at. and there were a lot of them under consideration. it comes in several different colors, including the traditional, brown, white and black, among others, which i really liked a lot since my room of course has a purple theme going on, and this fashionably attractive and functional chair fits in perfectly with the decor and further brightens up the space! i am so happy with this purchase even though it took me 3 hours and not 15-20 minutes to assemble. and that was all on me because (1) i am really slow and methodical when i'm doing new things, taking care with every step to do it right, and (2) i am not handy in the least and can barely hammer in a nail these days. as advertised, all tools, primarily the allen wrench, are included. no parts were missing, and nothing was damaged upon delivery. and, best of all, i can say that i assembled it all by myself perfectly on the first try, so it was well worth the time and effort spent.

Great quality chair, regardless of the price, period. So well packaged that it took almost as long to unwrap as assemble. Assembly was easy (loved the Allen wrench with sturdy handle). I am 6'2" and the fit and height adjustments work well for my height. Comfort is personal, so I like the semi-firmness of the seat. While the chair is constructed of heavy gauge plastic the base is solid metal with enamel finish: I love the look. The arm rests line up perfectly to my computer keyboard. I expect many, many years of service.

The package arrived with a damaged box, and the item had a few small scratches on it. Thankfully, the product is fine and does what it’s supposed to do. However, the packaging could definitely be improved to prevent damage during delivery. I hope the seller takes more care with packing in the future.

Calidad 10/10 Materiales 10/10 Comodidad 10/10 Precio 10/10 Longevidad 10/10 (según lo que investigué, ya que lo que se rompe y las deja inútiles siempre es la estrella de la base, esta cuenta con una metálica y además tiene el tamaño correcto) Me llegó enterita, la ensamble rápido, es fresca, no le tiembla nada, no se mueve si no quieres, no le cambiaría nada mas que si a caso el material de los descansabrazos pero eso se corrige poniéndole cualquier funda, honestamente no le quita nada de virtud. Cinco estrellas se queda corto.

Muy bonita silla. Materiales que se sienten resistentes y el apoyo lumbar realmente se siente. He pasado unas cuantas horas jugando y, la molestia en la espalda baja ha disminuido considerablemente.
