I’m recently home from hospital following major surgery. I can’t bend, crouch, reach or stretch. I was really frustrated that I had to ask for help what felt like a hundred times a day to get things that had fallen on the floor or to reach things that were low or high. This has been an absolute godsend that has given me back some independence. The length is great - although I feel like I need longer arms to get things that I’ve picked up out of the jaws. So I tend to pick things up and put them on a surface and then get them. It has a little magnet in the end that grabs anything metal. Also folds up into thirds so can be stored quite compact if needed - although I just keep it extended and hang it on a hook so it’s ready for use. Never had one of these before so can’t compare it to anything else but the quality is good and it seems sturdy. I don’t think it could handle anything too heavy - but not a problem for me as I’m not allowed to lift anything heavy anyway. I use it more for picking up small things I’ve dropped or that are just out of reach. Very happy with my purchase .

I go out once a week and pick up litter . this is a really good sturdy litter picker hard grip and good length not to short and at under £13.00 good value . good grip easy to use and does what it says on the tin .

The extra reach of these is great if you are taller than most and have issues with bending, however they don't have quite the ability to pick up flat objects as well as the other silicon jawed ones readily available on amazon. Still a really good tool if you need it though.

Good quality and not as flimsy as smaller lengths. And still lightweight for weaker users. It has great secure catches so it can lift heavier products. This is the strongest grabber I’ve had. Recommend this for both disabled people and back saving for litter pickers. Bought as a double pack at a good price.

Nagative: Lasted 1.5 weeks before the plastic bit inside the handle poped out from too much friction and the trigger became unpressable. In terms of litter, picking up smaller bits was difficult - Bad Pinch. Positive: It has a good pull and grip strength, most items did not slip out. Also, the head did not slip out when lifting heavier things. Too bad the handle is made out of Cheap Plastic. Overall, confortable, easy to use, can easily hold heavier items, terrible handle durability... Best so far out of all that I tested!

Bought this for a relative who has a hard time moving around and this is a good tool helping hen to be more independent.

Would have “chosen”other colors. Otherwise I’m very satisfied.

I like the longer reach, but the hinges for folding are the grabber’s weak points. I don’t think it would take much weight to break the clasp. I didn’t need the folding feature, so I applied Gorilla glue and locked the hinges.

This is great for reaching inder mu sofas to get dog toys and other things.
