Love, love this speaker. I have a couple of JBL Flip speakers that sound great, but this is an outstanding, better sounding speaker. Loud with Big, deep Bass from this smallish (lunchbox sized Speaker). Crisp highs too. Solidly built to get knocked around. I bought two so you can enable Partycast and sync two of them together. I use one on the first floor and one on the second for music in the house. Great all day battery life. Works great! Highly recommended. Waterproof, so there’s no worry when taking them on the beach.

I was needing a new bluetooth speaker for outdoor yard work, lounging and on the go music. I have purchashed Anker audio products before to mixed review, and was very happy with this purchase. The sound is great, convenient size, not too heavy and seems very well built. The audio is great, lights and bass is very impressive, although it would be nice to turn off the lights to conserve battery but not a major downside at all. Wonderful product, I have not used up a full battery cycle yet but it has been played for over 2+ hours in the hot sun by the pool, even dunked once to test water proofing. Speaker will sound funny after the water until its all out of the front grille, but will resume great sound shortly after drying. Very happy with this purchase.

The Anker Soundcore Boom 2 is a serious contender in the portable speaker game. It’s super well-built with premium materials and packs a punch with loud, crisp sound and surprisingly deep bass. Bluetooth pairing is seamless and instant, and despite all that power, it’s remarkably lightweight and easy to carry around. Since it’s waterproof, you can take it anywhere without stressing whether you're by the pool, beach or at a party with friends. Plus, the battery life holds up for hours even with the extra bass button cranked, and the Soundcore app is a huge bonus in my opinion, letting you tune your audio with a customizable EQ, tweak the LED light show, and keep the speaker running smoothly with firmware updates. Love it and recommended to y'all.

This is a really great sounding speaker system that is under $100. The battery life is excellent, the app has its own equalizer capabilities, the buttons on the speaker itself function great, the RGB LED lights are a nice touch syncing to the music. The sound is amazing with crisp bass and no distortion as you crank up the volume which is impressive at this price point. One requirement I had was being able to easily change between Bluetooth sources and this speaker allows for multiple devices to be attached and easily change between them. Audio will only play from one at a time and that is fine for my need. It is not a multipoint Bluetooth capable speaker. The Soundcore app works great. I also have the WKing D9 and prefer the SoundCore Boom 2. The WKing speaker will stay in the garage and only be paired to my phone. That's because it's a pain to try to change sources when they are all turned on and it becomes a race situation and is extremely frustrating. Definitely recommend the SoundCore Boom 2 for a great sounding Bluetooth speaker in the sub $100 range.

I bought this speaker specifically to use when my friends and I are out and about, and it has turned out to be absolutely perfect for that. It is an incredibly well built product that delivers a punchy, loud sound that easily fills any space. The bass hits remarkably hard for a speaker of this size. The bass notes on this speaker might not hit as deep but it sure is punchy. The bluetooth connection is very stable and doesn’t have any static noises you might see on other bluetooth speakers. It’s long battery life easily powers through an entire day of continuous music without a sweat, and having the built in power bank is a massive lifesaver for topping up our phones when we are away from an outlet. 10/10 speaker for the amazing price.

I've used the Soundcore Boom 2 for several months, testing it in a variety of settings both indoor and outdoor. Overall I've been very happy with it, and I think it's one of the best portable speakers you can get at this price point. However, there is one major flaw that keeps it from being perfect. First, the good stuff: - Sound quality is excellent, featuring both a lot of bass and crisp highs, as well as plenty of volume when needed. I listen to a lot of bass-heavy electronic music, and this speaker absolutely delivers. - Battery life is also great, with one charge lasting for hours and hours even at higher volumes and Bass Up turned on. Even after months of use, the battery has held up and charging is rarely a concern. And since it uses USB C, it's easy to charge off of battery banks when I take it camping. - Build quality is fantastic, with a fairly rugged plastic shell and an IPX7 rating that allows it to go almost anywhere. I've used it for camping, and also as a shower speaker without any issue. I wouldn't submerse it in water (although I think it would survive) but it holds up in wet environments. - Range is great, and it's never been a problem using it outdoors for parties while carrying my phone around. I don't know the exact number, but it seems to work fine within 40-50 feet. - App works well, with EQ and lighting options. It's not really necessary, but nice to have and I've never had any issues using the app. - Connecting to other Soundcore Boom 2s is pretty easy and works well. I've only paired 2 together so far, but it's a nice feature to have when you want to fill an outdoor area with sound. Now for the single negative I've found: The Boom 2 does not have AUX IN. Sound can only be sent to it over Bluetooth, which is a huge drawback for some specific uses. I produce music and DJ, and it's basically worthless for this because Bluetooth adds a ton of latency. I have a very cheap Soundcore speaker with 3.5mm AUX IN, so the absence here is honestly surprising. It also means that some devices simply won't work with the Boom 2 if they only support 3.5mm (although this can be fixed with a separate BT transmitter, which I've tested with it). If it allowed 3.5mm AUX IN, this speaker would be perfect. But, overall, I think this is one of the best portable speakers at this price point. If you just want to play music for yourself or a group of people, you'll be very happy with this. It has limitations, but it really excels at playing music for parties, camping, going to the beach etc. If that's what you need it for, then you should absolutely get it. If you want to use it for a portable DJ setup or devices without Bluetooth, the lack of AUX input is a huge miss. It really depends on what you're going to use it for, it's just disappointing that it can't do everything.

After a lot of research and a good sale, I grabbed this speaker; and wow - It is just outstanding in so many ways! It's a solid, well-built unit (heavy enough so it feels premium, but not so heavy you can't carry it where you need it). It has really incredible sound! The general sense I got from my research was that it was loud with deep bass and decent-but not-excellent sound quality - an outdoor party speaker, but not an audiophile's dream. However, I've found that this speaker has excellent overall sound that has exceeded my expectations in every way. There is good separation, with clear highs and respectable mids that are not overshadowed with the bass. There is a real fullness to the music - some good heft to the bass to get your heart pumping, but a true richness to the music. I don't use the app, but have programmed my phone's 10-band equalizer in a stick figure bird/elongated "m" configuration, with the bass feature on, to bring out a truly balanced tone to the music. In other words, I keep the bass respectable and punchy, without trying to rattle the walls. This helps bring out the flavor of the mids and highs. While this thing can get pretty loud, I tend not to go above 40-50% volume, which is enough for real room-filling sound. I'm happy though, to know I could take it outside and crank it up if I needed to. The bottom line is, I've created a balanced presentation for my older ears and younger ego. As far as the lights, they are a nice feature and quite fun, though I leave them off for the most part to save battery life - which has been really good so far. And I admit, it's tempting to get a second speaker and pair them for true, larger-than-life stereo sound, but I doubt I'll ever do it, since this sounds just so good on its own and I want to remain married to my lovely bride! and her beautiful, delicate ears. I can't recommend this speaker enough. I have generally loved Soundcore and Anker products over the years for their quality and value. I hope this review has been helpful! Peace!

Les matériaux sont robustes, design très simple et épuré agréables à regarder. Pour la taille le son est vraiment excellent ( véritable stéréo) : des basses bien présentes, mais jamais trop excessives, donnent de la profondeur au son et une belle rondeur. Les médiums sont très agréables, les voix sont très bien reproduites et naturelle. La puissance est importante : certes, nous sommes loin de vrai 80w, mais il y a beaucoup de volume. Peut être utilisé sans problème même à l'extérieur, dans de grands espaces, ainsi qu'à la maison pour écouter de la musique à faible volume, en profitant d'un son agréable et rond. La batterie dure très longtemps, surtout lorsque vous éteignez les lumières, gadget pour faire joli sympa mais pas très utile. Dans l'ensemble : excellent produit, à tel point que je n'ai commandé une deuxième, en jumelant les deux enceintes on atteint une puissance max de 160 w pour une valeur max de 200€ (2 fois 99€) très rentable. Excellent pour regarder un film sur tablette. Enceinte polyvalente qui se prête à tous les usages et à tous les espaces. Bien au-dessus de la marque JBL de même gamme, plus léger, moins cher et meilleur son. Deux petits points négatifs (mais vraiment parce que je suis chiant) il n'y a pas la possibilité de brancher une clé USB, carte micro SD ou prise jack dommage et pas d'encoche pour mettre une sangle. Vous pouvez en faire l'acquisition vous ne serez pas déçu.

Good base. Good price. Good bluetooth speaker. 10/10. If your on a budget a must have while on sale. I bought 2 for stereo mode while watching 120 inch projector at my room. Like watching movies in cinema cuz of boom base
