I purchased the 24 inch pan and was so impressed that I ordered the 28 inch as well. These pans are truly NON-STICK. The person who managed to make food stick to their pan must be a magician, because it is impossible if you cook like a normal person. I have already told all my friends that these are a MUST in every kitchen.

I love this frying pan, expensive but quality. Nothing has stuck up til now.

Early days but cooks perfectly and is very well made.

Used the pan as normal, added oil like usual to cook and 5 days later it started sticking like crazy. The picture is from roasting onions and the black was very hard to clean. I did crepes who stick as well despite the oil, useless... Not worthy of buying my old pan that costed 1/4th of the price lasted 6mth before starting to stick....

Love this pan! Use it mostly for my smoked kipper omelets: they always turn out perfectly and the pan is easy to clean. It browns well when used for stir fries, and even at medium temperature (as required by the manufacturer) cooks like a dream. I've gradually purchased every pan the company sells and have been using these for at least 1 1/2 years. There are some reviews saying that the nonstick surface doesn't last, but that hasn't been my experience. However, I always use ghee, butter, or olive oil whenever cooking with these pots or pans. Doesn't take much fat to improve the taste of my dishes and IMO has kept the nonstick surface from degrading. I have not used the pans in my oven as in retirement my cooking practices are much less ambitious. Highly recommend this brand!

If we could give this a 10 star ⭐ we would. We ordered this pan and another more expensive pan and this pan is by far the best. It's very easy to clean. While cooking, nothing sticks to the pan. I mean if there is, it's very very minimal and when cleaning this pan, anything left behind will wipe right off with no effort what so ever. This pan is light weight. That was one thing I notice when I purchase pans. The weight of the pan and this one is not heavy what so ever, even though looking at it, you might think it's heavy. The lid has a nice and good seal on it. That too is light weight. Not to mention the eco-friendly materials were used to produce this pan. Huge plus for us. You will enjoy a cool-touch silicone handle. I can't tell you how many times I have burned my hand when I needed to quickly grab a pan. With this pan, you will not have to worry about that. Seller gives a 1-Year Warranty, which means they stand behind their products. These pans are definitely premium and we can not wait until they come out with more sizes.
