iPhone 13 screen randomly stopped working so ordered this. Looks great, near enough brand new! Wasn’t sure what to expect with “excellent condition” but I am certainly not disappointed at all! No scratch or noticeable marks at all. Comes with case, screen protector and charger. No plug but will not complain as comes with all that. Screen looks great. Battery seems to be new aswell 100% capacity and 0 cycles impressively for a refurbished phone. Ships within 48 hours aswell - ordered Thursday night and came Saturday - very happy!!

Happy with the standard of the product so far. Clear and accurate description on the phone quality. I have not set it up as yet as it's for my son, but charged to 100% no problems and screen looks great and intact. Will update if we come across any issues, but so far really happy.

Phone is in immaculate condition, but I’ve had problems with touch screen and systems and had to force a restart twice as the screen won’t respond. Edit: also found out front camera doesn’t work and apparently the parts used for repair aren’t compatible with apple parts

I love this phone! Great price considering I got the ‘excellent’ and there was barely a scratch on it! Its battery was amazing! Should note that if you have had an older phone and upgrading - get a really good case! This iPhone has a glass back and although my old case protected against many drops with my old phone - this one shattered very quickly! I will now be investing in a better case - lesson learned!

I had a very poor experience with Refurb Xpress and would strongly advise against buying from them. The “refurbished” iPhone 15 I received had a seriously faulty battery from day one, draining excessively despite minimal use. The seller initially delayed resolving the issue, asking me to perform unnecessary troubleshooting steps rather than addressing what was clearly a hardware fault. I was forced to pay for return postage myself (twice), despite requesting a prepaid label, and had to chase repeatedly for updates while they claimed warehouse delays and struggled to even locate my returned device. Although they eventually returned the phone after a “repair”, the issue was not properly resolved. The battery information appeared manipulated (showing 100% health despite obvious degradation, and even incorrect manufacturing data like a future date), which seriously calls into question the integrity of the refurbishment process. In the end, I had to return the device again for a refund, causing significant inconvenience and leaving my son without a phone. Even then, the refund was incomplete, and I had to argue repeatedly to recover postage costs — and still ended up out of pocket. Overall: faulty product, poor communication, excessive delays, and a frustrating returns process. I would not trust this seller or their refurbished devices.

J’avais commander mon iPhone le vendredi et Amazon m’ont dit que j’allais le recevoir le lendemain. Il n’y avait rien le lendemain, donc livraison bien en retard car il est arrivé le mercredi au lieu du samedi. Mais sinon téléphone en parfait état, il ne bug pas. J’ai eux chargeur, boîtier de chargeur et écouteurs, tout fonctionne parfaitement ! Le chargeur charge, les écouteurs sont nickel et adaptés a l’embout de l’iPhone 15 ! Colis super bien emballé et bien protégé. Il ne prend pas la carte SIM physique donc à voir avec une Esim.. À part ça nickel ! Juste j’étais déçu qu’il arrive aussi tard mais au moins il est là ! Merci beaucoup au vendeur 😊

Le recensioni sul prodotto mi avevano convinto ad acquistarlo da un’altra parte. Poi mi sono imbattuta nella pagina del fornitore OBNOVATECH e sono rimasta impressionata dalle ottime opinioni dei clienti. Effettivamente non posso che confermarle! Il telefono è stato spedito il giorno successivo all’acquisto ed è arrivato con 2 giorni di anticipo, perfettamente imballato. Non presenta nessun difetto visibile e ha uno stato della batteria al 92% con 389 cicli. Sicuramente molto soddisfatta!

mein altes Gerät wurde leider entwendet und dann habe ich mich für dieses hier entschieden, ich bereue wirklich rein gar nichts, es sieht toll aus und hält lange, also der Akku. ich würde es sofort wieder bestellen

Tras una mala experiencia previa comprando un móvil reacondicionado en Amazon de otro vendedor, decidí arriesgarme de nuevo ante una oferta apetecible y la verdad es que me ha sorprendido muy positivamente. El iPhone figuraba en estado "Excelente" y así ha sido: solo un par de leves rasguños en el lateral que no se ven con una funda puesta. Lo más destacado: · Batería: Me ha llegado con un 98% de salud, prácticamente nueva. · Accesorios: Venía muy bien empaquetado por el vendedor (iMuda Investiments SL), e incluía el cable de carga y la llave para la SIM, un detalle que se agradece. · Envío: El paquete llegó tal cual se describía, al día siguiente y con un proceso serio mediante código de recogida. Ya lo he configurado y todo funciona a la perfección. Aunque tengo el mes de garantía para probarlo a fondo, por el momento estoy muy satisfecha; el producto es exactamente lo que se prometía.
