Bad fit.
What I ended up doing was taking the old unit apart. Taking the new unit apart. Switching out the guts from the new unit and put them in the old housing. The new unit would not fit into the intake. The machine work on the new housing is incorrect.

Didn't work for my 2014 silverado.
Thought it fit kinda tight when I put it in. Stopped working after a few miles of driving. Leading to temp gauge not working and the radiator fan non stop running.

Looks good but doesn't work
The part looks good but it won't let the truck get up to temp only 175 degrees causing the check engine light to keep coming on for the engine not reaching operating. I would not recommend

Junk
Tight fit and doesn't allow it to open and close as it should. Costed me quite a bit from a mechanic diagnosis to find out that was the problem. You dont expect a new replacement part to be the problem
