Helps you drink more water
Do you hate drinking plan water? Same. I recently found Blume super belly guy health on the go hydration powder and it has been a game changer. Not only is it sugar free and packed with prebiotics, probiotics, apple cider vinegar, vitamin C, and electrolytes but it also tastes amazing. My favorite flavor is the strawberry. By adding this to my water I am more likely to drink water throughout the day. Make sure to mix well into water. Sometimes it takes a second to dissolve. If you don’t let it dissolve completely it will throw off the taste and you will definitely taste that vinegar.

Wife's Go To
These are my wife's go to. She used to use probiotics capsules but decided to switch to something that she could just add to her daily drink to also stay hydrated. Although the powder is a little thick, it does dissoleves after a few shakes. She really likes these as the taste is good for her without it being overpowering. It is very easy for her to use as it is very confident to carry around while traveling. The packaging is a little thick to contain the powder so it can be a little difficult to open sometimes but nothing crazy.

A great powder to add to your water drink for good gut health, filled with probiotics. A sweet and healthy add-on to wake up your tastebuds and your hydration game, if all you drink is just water. With only 10 calories and quality ingredients to help balance your gut, you can't go wrong with this drink. While it may be a bit pricey, it's quite effective, and you get what you pay for.

Decent hydration packets mainly would use on the go Since the price is a little high I would say save these for when you're on the go The taste is alright and I can see why some people do not like the flavor
