Solid unit.
Stoked on this setup. Bought it for a 128 gallon inflatable tub and it holds my preferred 42 degree temperature in direct western sun, so far up to 75 degree days (that's the hottest it's been since I bought it). I was nervous about it being powerful enough over the hot summer months but it seems like it will be. You can barely hear it running, no issues noisewise. Also, having all the accessories (pump, filter, tubes, connectors, is a huge perk. Took maybe 20 minutes to figure out the setup. Very happy.

Do not buy
Chiller came used. Full of water and rusted all over. It was missing all the hoses. The return label from the last customer was left inside the box.

2/3HP Gets 250gallon Plunge into mid 40s no problem
So far, it works great. 2/3 hp. The only thing is that in order to change the temperature, you have to cycle the power first, which is a little annoying, but otherwise, it cools my 250gallon chiller to the mid 40s without any trouble. I suspect it would easily get below 40. Runs quiet. I used a bigger pump than the one this came with, which is far underpowered.

Chiller worked decent pump not so much
Pump already went out so looking to have to buy a new one. They don’t list any of the parts on here so that’s why 3 stars

Keeps Water Cold
I bought a cold plunge from Costco and bought this to keep the water cold. At first it looked like the pump didn’t work but it was because it needed to be filled with water first. I used my hose to fill the pump line with water and then placed it in the ice bath. It works perfectly now.The only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 stars is because the temperature gauge is always about 5-6 degree off. If it says it’s 46 degrees F then it’s actually 40 degrees.

Does the job
I have this located outside under an awning. I’ve paired this with a tub that had a pre-installed inlet and outlet. The couplers it came with didn’t fit but that was easily resolved with a cheap adapter from the local hardware store. Setup is easy. I set mine to keep the temp within 2 degrees of 39F. So the tub will get to 41F and then the chiller will take it back down to 39F again. It takes mine about an hour to lower the tub by 2 degrees so I put it on a smart timer and have it run from 11pm until 11am. That way it isn’t running 24/7 and is always ready in the morning. The filter is easy to access and clean. I’ll update this after a full year of use to comment on its longevity. 3 months - So far so good.

Chiller did not work on arrival
Product arrived with packaging in acceptable condition but when installed failed to cool the water. The fan and pump ran but the machine didn't work. Huge hassle to ship back as the machine is relatively heavy and cumbersome.
