I've been wanting to get in the good habit of taking vitamins everyday but never found something easy to swallow that would be a COMPLETE solution for vitamins. This does for my manly needs and even though I sometimes eat less due to doing intermittent fasting, I feel that this will at least balance on the vitamins and minerals I would be lacking otherwise.The taste is "meh" however as to be expected. It's not horrible, but it's not addictive like the Flintstones vitamins of when I was a kid or like a good gummy candy. It's chemical and is not something I want to eat more than 3 a day, but again this is NOT candies, it's a vitamin. Don't imagine that you'll gag on this, it's just "alright" in terms of flavor. Just something you eat quick before breakfast and are happy that you have all your daily nutrients in less than 20 seconds.For what this is, 5 stars for sure when you look at the back of the bottle and are surprised at how much they packed in these little vitamins. I'm buying this for life now.

Gummy does it’s job so I don’t want to complain. However I hate the taste. Still I’d rather have a bad gummy taste than a good one that isn’t effective.

I bought this bottle of vitamin gummies for my hubby, who is a wee bit picky.His "refined palate" has declined several popular brands, even ones I found to be delicious (I would take a nibble).I don't mind if he is fickle when it comes to taste, I understand taste buds like what taste buds like.To sum the whole review with our brief exchange of words:"Smells funny, tastes better." He said"So... It tastes good?" I said back"It actually tastes like a gummy this time" was his reply"Thats improvement!" I exclaimed with glee.It's the little things in life, and when you can find a multivitamin that your hunny will actually take, let alone likes, well it let's me sleep easier at night.

Good vitamins. I still order them. I wish they were a bit more affordable.
