A very worthwhile investment!
This is the 2nd air fryer oven I have purchased from HYsapientia on Amazon. The first was the 15l model and it lasted just over 9 months before stopping working. To their credit HYsapientia refunded me for it as they had no replacement in stock and it was still within its warranty. To that point I'd been very happy with the 15l version for it's cooking all round ability, however it was difficult to keep clean. I was impressed enough with the brand to use the refund money plus a bit extra to buy this latest model, a bit larger at 22l and in dimensions, but it did still fit into the space I had set aside in my small kitchen. For a comarison visual, it takes up the horizontal space and depth of a medium large Microwave while being a little bit taller. My faith has been rewarded. The controls are easy to use and works in a very similar method to the 15l model. I would prefer the option of being able to set the timer for less than their minimum 5 minutes, but this is not too much of an issue as I had got used to that feature on the smaller model. Packaging was excellent again and set up easy. I have used in both Full and "half" positions with the dividing wall in place and the results have been great. The extra size allows larger pizza's to be cooked (7 minutes only) - including the "stretch" oval size available in many supermarkets and can easily cater for myself plus guests for other meals. I will be honest and say I have not used my main oven for anything other than grilling bacon since my purchase (you can use the air fryer but it's the bacon that makes the mess in there!). Rotisserie is excellent for chicken and joints and the rolling basket and kebab skewer cylinders I purchased for my 15l fit in this new model. I have purchased an additional rotisserie bar (to save changing between basket and kebab) for my convenience, together with an additional shelf. This 2 door version does not come with the crumb tray of the 15l model, however I am given to understand that one is available that fits the 22l/24/ models. My experience of the earlier version ensures I am a little more careful about keeping it clean and wiping it out after cooking and it cooling down. As such, after a month's daily use, it is as pristine as the day I took it out the box. The multiple single and dual cooking racks work well and are easy to clean (I'm in a small flat / apartment and they do not cause problems in the sink) and would be even easier if I could pop in a dishwasher! You do need to be aware that you need to have a storage home for the accessories that you aren't needing whilst the air fryer is in use, but when not using these can all fit in so long as you don't have the dividing wall in place (the extra accessories already need to live in a cupboard). My overall opinion and thoughts on this latest model for HYsapientia? Very nearly 5 stars across the board. Cleaning is still not the easiest, but much more straightforward than the 15l if you are disciplined. Versatility outstanding but you must do a little trial and error to get things cooked "your way". Ease of Use, again excellent. A hearty recommendation for the HYsapientia 22l Dual Zone Air Fryer Oven - you will not be disappointed, you will be delighted!

Y ou wish your mama had one of these
Easily the best air fryer we had so far, a Black Friday offer I could not let pass, and never regretted it. Much easier to clean than the 12 liter rotisserie air fryer from Daewoo that was a real pain to clean and leaked hot oil and fat through the bottom of the device onto the worktop and into plastic frame of the door. The dual zone 22 liter Hysap looks tidy, professional, and can be easily operated without a manual once you figured out to initially tap one of the option touch buttons "1", "2", "All", or "Manual". There is a complete set of high spec trays and rotisserie utensils included, and everything leaves you with the impression of a well thought out product with attention to detail, a solid build quality and user-friendly functionality and rich feature set. We use theair fryer everyday and often multiple times, the results using trays are more pleasing than what I got from drawer style models. Minor criticism is that heads of some screws and rivets intentionally protrude from the side panels inside, which might simplify dismantling and reassembly if needed but I don't like it. Also there are small silicon spacer pins at the inside of the two doors likely to prevent damage by "banging" them close; unfortunately they sometimes come off when wiping the doors oven side and can easily get lost. (It would have been desirable to have some spares.) All in all a well deserved full five stars from me.

NOT THE ONE I WAS LOOKING FOR, BUT DEFINITELY THE ONE TO BUY
Basically I was looking for a larger capacity Air Fryer Oven to the wincy one I have, and nothing wrong with it apart from size and it was cheap. During my search, mainly on YouTube, I came across Hysapientia, never heard of it. I was very impressed with the first video, but ever the sceptic, I decided I needed to look closer at this model. Two solid days I researched this model and with every piece of information I obtained I became increasingly impressed, the price was a little inhibiting; however, Amazon [at the time of purchase] had it on offer at £159.99, which was not too much beyond my budget. When it arrived, it was as impressive as boasted about in the video unboxings; absolutely solid! Accessory wise, it comes with everything you need, check out any of the YouTub Video's to see what it comes with. Having used it extensively over the weekend, new toy, of course I was going to play with it. One of the biggest attractions for me was being able to split the oven, so for small meals etc, all I need is one side of the oven, which is a definite energy saver, and who doesn't need that with current energy prices. Also, again, relative to spliting the oven, one side for food that require higher temperatures and/or longer cooking times and the other side for food that requires lower temperatures and a different cooking time, RESULT!!!!! makes life so much easier, and again more energy efficient, given that ordinarily I would have needed to put the main oven and the smaller oven on in my main cooker. At this point in time I have not used this as a single oven, but definitely will be doing. That said, if its functionality as a split oven is anything to go by, the single oven function must be equal in performance. With the single oven function, both lights come on, with the split oven function, only the light for the side in use comes on or both if both sides are in use. The accessories supplied are of high quality and highly functional and versatile. the main trays are advised to be used as drip/crumb trays, and they work exceptionally well in that capacity, but they are equally functional as baking trays. I did purchase extray trays and baskets, mainly because I like a spare set of everything, I also ordered a dedicated crumb tray which was listed as only 1 left so grabbed that in double quick time, sadly, it was not available, [so if you are the one who got my crumb tray, can I have it back] but if I see one again, definitely having that, because it would free up the main trays for baking, roasting etc and probably easier to clean. In terms of operating, it is so simple, the operating panel is easy to read and if you watch a couple of video's you don't need the manual, couldn't be better. Initially, sliding the middle panel in to split the oven was a little tricky, but it was new so that is what I put it down to, however, I sprayed the top and bottom of the panel with a little Olive Oil and no problems since, be sure to check the direction of the arrow, it must always be pointing up. As a single oven it can take most of my cooking dishes, so Cottage Pie is on the menu at some point this week; I also like the fact that you can bake a cake, scones and everything you would normally use your main oven for and it costs less to do so. Glass panel doors are a bonus, or in my case a must have, it's great to see how your food creation is doing without having to open the door. In terms of cleaning, of course nobody likes cleaning the oven, but in this instant it is a five minute job with a simple damp sponge and some fairy liquid, jobs a good 'un and yes it is advisable to clean it after each use, but, if you don't, I would imagine it is not that difficult to clean. It is recommended that no abrasives are used including wire wool. I can see why, the interior is stainless steel and looks great, but once scratched, it wouldn't look so great and, it may impair the functionality, I don't know this, I am just guessing. It comes with a cook book, to get you started and stimulate you imagination; it is solidly built and I anticipate it will last for years. Would I recommend it? absolutely I would! would I have paid full price for it? well, prior to purchase, I might not have and may have compromised and gone for a cheaper model. that said, after purchase, I definitely would have paid full price for it, it is worth every penny. Unfortunately few of us have crystal balls, so, basically, if it is what you really want and full price is within you capacity, then go for it, don't skimp, because I suspect if I had done so, I would have regretted it. If this meets your needs, buy it, I seriously doubt you will regret it

Alright for the most part
It cooks well, but you have to flip everything at least halfway which can be a pain because you don't have a lot of space to work with between the racks. It's annoying to pull the trays out to do it as too far forward and it'll drop at the back or the oils or juices will drip onto the doors, etc. The partition feature works alright, I don't use it as much as I thought I would. In the end it works better as just half an oven when you don't have enough to fill the whole thing. It's really easy to use at least, the controls are very easy to use without even looking at the manual, I've been able to make all kinds of things like lasagna, cakes, brownies, pasta bakes, meats, etc. Would've been great to have a chip basket accessory like you'd find in other air fryers. You get a deeper sort of tray, but it's still too shallow and you can't shuffle fries or anything around in it. In the end, it does the job, could be bigger, could be easier to flip things, could come with a chip basket.

So far, so so blooming GOOD!!
Been using the Tefal Dual Drawer Air Fryer for over a year and have been generally pleased with it. Then I saw this product on offer and particularly liked the design, the way it converts and how it is very versatile. It came with a number of shelves/baskets, baking trays and some accessories you will definitely need for certain foods. All are perfectly sized and easy to clean. After a week's use daily, so far, this combination cooker has been brilliant. It comes with a set of fantastic instructions, something Tefal didn't bother to do with theirs. It's a lot more functional too and the rotisserie mode is going to be a game changer when needed. I've so far cooked frozen ten inch pizzas to perfection in this. (frozen = 9 mins). Another game changer for me. You can't cook a pizza in an air fryer and so far they've turned out just right when cooked. Really nice to not use the regular oven and also save so much energy. The modes are easy to use. Select the side you're using, or 'all' if you're using it as one cooker. Then select the mode type, (air fryer, broil, pizza, oven etc) - check to see if you're happy with the preset time and edit with arrows (up/down) if required. When happy, press start/stop. The keypad is responsive and again, something that would frustrate me with my Tefal. The cook is very even I've found, something that was totally difficult to get right in just a normal air fryer for me. You could shake many times during the cook in my Tefal and it would still be uneven. Chicken breasts cooked like a dream in this thing. 20mins on broil setting and they were just delightful. The chime is also quite pleasant to hear when it sounds. The ability to see what's happening inside is priceless. The functionality of the doors themselves, is spot on. The ability to revert from a two sided cooker, to a larger single one... Brilliant. The fact you can buy a cylindrical basket for the rotisserie rod (which I did) and use that in it too. Great for chips, nuggets, beef joint, whatever you can think of really. I've registered mine, because there's no way it's getting returned and my only hope is that it lasts the course and doesn't become defective. Not being familiar with the brand myself and seeing some reviews about model reliability and them failing, worried me - but so far, so so blooming good. A staple in my kitchen, life and diet. Great product.

Serious Buyer Remorse
I purchased this as I was looking for something with a higher capacity than my old drawer air fryer which I used daily. I've now had this almost a month and I've switched back to using the oven. While there are multi levels the top is considerably hotter than the bottom meaning there is no even cooking. The dual zone is pretty useless unless it's different temperatures for the same time as there is no delay function to make it finish at the same time. There is no preheat function, the timer starts straight away. It takes longer to cook a meal than in the oven, and under cooked food has come out more than once unless I move stuff around, taking all the ease of an air fryer away. Leaflet says there should be a crumb tray. Support just says use the baking tray, taking some of the capacity away (and I think ruining the heat flow). Trays don't fit in easily and on very first use scratched up the interior. Support tells me it was designed that way… Overall incredibly disappointed. It is not fit for purpose and I'm very disappointed I wasted £143 on something that is now gathering dust. For reference that is also £55 more than my old machine, which I used everyday for 3 years until I accidentally dropped the drawer.

Quick healthy meals
What can we say except wow this is a quality product that works exceptionally well, easy controls and two way or one way cooking makes this very versatile, quick cooking times and more healthy meals. Easy cleaning.Definitely recommend.

Cooks various items in one go
This is good. My only issue is a door stopper has been lost due to ill fitting and its like an oven so the doors havecto be taken apart to clean as food does get inside easily. I find it cooks well and quick so be cautious of placing food lower shelves that may cook too quick.
