This is very strong product, when I first use as directed, it made me jittery and a little nauseous. Now. To be honest, it even says right on the label. You may have to get used to it, and recommends cutting it in half. To begin with. I'm saying cut it down to a quarter of what they recommend to start with and work your way up until you find what works best for you. Now it does work, it works very well, and it taste pretty good too. But it is strong stuff.

This stuff right here is no joke I tired maybe three-five sips of this and it felt like I was ready to run a whole marathon under 3 minutes I normally drink Red Bulls and other energy products but this right here got me going good I am definitely alert and focus I took this to help me have energy to workout and whoa! This product gave me energy and move I definitely would be buying other favorites and by the way the favorite was very tasty to me it don’t give u that energy caffeine taste it taste just like juice

My son had a huge smile on his face when he opened this package at Christmas. Coconut isn't his favorite flavor but the product itself is a 10/10. Many of his gym friends discovered this brand and they all love it. Will reorder!!
