These cold packs can be used from freezer or you can put them in microwave. I use mine very cold. You get two in the pack two different sizes. I bought a pack for my son too and he’s very pleased. You can just apply it wrapped in a cloth. I’m very happy with mine

Produit de facture très robuste. Soudure des poches de très qualité. Je les utilise uniquement chaude pour les lombaires. Preparation d'utilisation, 2 passage au micro ondes à750w, puis enveloppée dans un tissu. Seul défaut aucune explication en français. Je recommande ce produit.
